Claims (12)
- タイヤ(10)のための単層ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)であって、
有機母材に埋め込まれた非金属基本フィラメントの少なくとも1つの糸(B)を含むコア(30)と、
前記コア(30)の回りに巻かれてそれに接触した金属線(F1)を含む外側層(C1)と、

前記ビードワイヤの破断時の力に対するコアの寄与は、75%以下であり、
前記コアは、モノリシック円環体を形成し、
ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)の質量に対する前記コア(30)の寄与(Rm)対ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)の破断時の力(Fm)に対する該コア(30)の寄与(Rf)の比率(R)が、厳密に1よりも小さく、0.25以上である、ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)。 - 前記コア(30)は、単糸(B)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)。
- 前記コア(30)は、複数の別々の糸(B1、B2、B3)を含む請求項1に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)。
- 各糸(B;B1、B2、B3)が作られる材料(Ma)が、800MPa以上の23℃で基準「ISO 14125」に従って測定された降伏強度(Re)を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)。
- 各糸(B;B1、B2、B3)が作られる材料(Ma)が、100GPa以下の23℃で基準「ISO 14125」に従って測定されたヤング率(E)を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)。
- ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)の質量に対する前記コア(30)の寄与(Rm)対ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)の破断時の力(Fm)に対する該コア(30)の寄与(Rf)の比率(R)が、0.8以下である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)。
- ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)の質量に対する前記コア(30)の寄与(Rm)対ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)の破断時の力(Fm)に対する該コア(30)の寄与(Rf)の比率(R)が、0.4以上である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)。
- ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)の破断時の力(Fm)に対する前記コア(30)の寄与(Rf)が、10%以上である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)。
- ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)の破断時の力(Fm)に対する前記コア(30)の寄与(Rf)が、75%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)。
- ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)の質量に対する前記コア(30)の寄与(Rm)が、20%以下である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)。
- ビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)の質量に対する前記コア(30)の寄与(Rm)が、5%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のビードワイヤ(20、20’、20’’)。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つのビードワイヤ(20)、
