Claims (6)
- 混練室内に配置されたロータに形成された翼部の先端である翼先端と前記混練室の内壁との間にギャップが形成された二軸のバッチ式ミキサである混練機において、前記ギャップを検査するギャップ検査装置であって、
前記ギャップは、前記翼先端に欠損部がない場合及び/又は前記内壁に窪み部がない場合に一定となり、
前記ロータに取り外し可能に固定された第1の光源と、
前記ロータに取り外し可能に固定されたカメラと、
前記ロータの回転軸が回ることにより前記ロータが回転した状態で、前記第1の光源から前記翼先端に向けて出射された光によって、前記内壁に投影された明暗の境界線を、前記カメラに撮影させる撮影制御部と、
前記ロータの回転角が所定間隔において、各回転角のときの前記ギャップを示すギャップデータを、前記各回転角のときに前記カメラによって撮影された前記境界線を基にして生成するギャップデータ生成部と、
前記ギャップデータを画像の形式で出力する出力部と、を備えるギャップ検査装置。 - 前記ギャップデータ生成部は、前記第1の光源及び前記カメラが前記ロータに固定される位置を、前記ロータの回転軸方向の座標を異ならせて得られた、前記各回転角での前記ギャップデータについて、同じ回転角どうしのギャップデータをつなげる処理をし、
前記出力部は、前記処理がされたギャップデータを出力する請求項1に記載のギャップ検査装置。 - 前記翼部は、前記ロータの回転方向に対して前方に位置する前方面と、後方に位置する後方面と、を有しており、
前記第1の光源は、前記前方面に取り外しに可能に固定されており、
前記カメラは、前記後方面に取り外し可能に固定されている請求項1又は2に記載のギャップ検査装置。 - 前記混練室に設けられた混練物排出口を画定する辺部のうち、前記ロータの回転軸方向に沿った辺部に、取り外し可能に取り付けられている基準部材を備え、
前記ギャップデータ生成部は、前記基準部材と前記翼先端とが対向する回転角での前記ギャップデータである基準ギャップデータを、前記対向する回転角のときに前記カメラによって撮影された前記境界線を基にして生成し、
前記出力部は、前記基準ギャップデータを画像の形式で出力する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のギャップ検査装置。 - スリット光が前記翼先端に接する角度で前記スリット光を出射し、前記ロータに取り外し可能に固定された第2の光源と、
前記撮影制御部は、前記スリット光が前記内壁で反射した光である光切断線を前記カメラに撮影させ、
前記出力部は、前記光切断線を画像の形式で出力する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のギャップ検査装置。 - 前記混練室でゴム製品又はプラスチック製品となる混練物が生成される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のギャップ検査装置。
