Claims (7)
- 黒鉛球状化処理を行うためのワイヤーインジェクション法において、
70〜75重量%のSiO2を含む多孔質の火山性珪酸塩鉱物であることを特徴とするワイヤー内部にマグネシウム合金とともに充填される焼成された制御材。 - 気孔率が60〜80%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御材。
- Ig.lossが0.5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の制御材。
- 比重が0.5〜1.0g/cm3であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の制御材。
- 直径5mm未満の球体の焼成体、又は、長さが5mm未満の棒体の焼成体であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の制御材。
- 黒鉛球状化処理を行うためのワイヤーインジェクション法用の制御材の製造方法であって、
その制御材が70〜75重量%のSiO2を含む多孔質の火山性珪酸塩鉱物からなり、
その制御材が、粒子径0.1mm以下で15〜35重量%の水分を含む粉末状の火山性珪酸塩鉱物をバインダーとして、粒子径が3mm以下の多孔質の火山性珪酸塩鉱物を、直径5mm未満の球体に、又は、長さが5mm未満の棒体に加工されることを特徴とする制御材の製造方法。 - 制御材は、900〜1000℃で焼成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の制御材の製造方法。
