Claims (8)
- 黒鉛球状化処理を行うためのワイヤーインジェクション法において、
70〜75重量%のSiO2を含む多孔質の火山性珪酸塩鉱物であることを特徴とするワイヤー内部にマグネシウム合金とともに充填される制御材。 - 気孔率が60〜80%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御材。
- Ig.lossが0.5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の制御材。
- 比重が0.5〜1.0g/cm3であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の制御材。
- 直径5mm未満の球体の焼成体、又は、長さが5mm未満の棒体の焼成体であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の制御材。
- 黒鉛球状化処理を行うためのワイヤーインジェクション法用の制御材の製造方法であって、
その制御材が70〜75重量%のSiO2を含む多孔質の火山性珪酸塩鉱物からなることを特徴とする制御材の製造方法。 - 制御材は、粒子径0.1mm以下で15〜35重量%の水分を含む粉末状の火山性珪酸塩鉱物をバインダーとして、粒子径が3mm以下の多孔質の火山性珪酸塩鉱物を、直径5mm未満の球体に、又は、長さが5mm未満の棒体に加工されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の制御材の製造方法。
- 制御材は、900〜1000℃で焼成されることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の制御材の製造方法。
