Description
Claims (4)
- コークス炉ガスと吸収液とを向流接触させることで、前記コークス炉ガス中の硫化物を前記吸収液に吸収させる脱硫塔と、
前記脱硫塔から排出された前記吸収液に酸素を含有する気体を供給して前記硫化物を酸化し、少なくとも一部の前記吸収液を前記脱硫塔に循環させる再生塔と、を備え、
前記脱硫塔は、
互いに離間して上下方向に並ぶように設けられ、それぞれ200〜1500mmの厚さを有し、前記吸収液を一時的に保持して上から下に導くと共に、前記コークス炉ガスを下から上に通す複数段の吸収層を有し、
前記再生塔は、
前記脱硫塔から前記吸収液を受け入れると共に、前記酸素を含有する気体を受け入れて気液混合流体を構成し、前記気液混合流体を旋回させながら上昇させる混合槽を有し、
前記混合槽は、
前記気液混合流体を収容する槽本体と、
前記槽本体内の下部に設けられ、前記吸収液及び前記酸素を含有する気体を受け入れて前記気液混合流体を前記槽本体内に噴射する噴射管とを有し、
前記噴射管は、前記気液混合流体の噴射方向に並ぶ複数の管体を有し、エジェクタ―効果により周囲の流体を前記管体同士の間に吸引するように構成されると共に、前記気液混合流体の噴射により前記槽本体内に旋回流を形成するように配置されている、脱硫装置。 - 前記脱硫塔の前段において、前記コークス炉ガスと、1〜6%の含有率でタールを含有する冷却液とを向流接触させることで前記コークス炉ガスを冷却する予冷塔を更に備える、請求項1記載の脱硫装置。
- 前記槽本体は円筒状の側壁を有し、前記側壁の高さは前記側壁の内径の2倍以下であり、且つ1m以上である、請求項1又は2記載の脱硫装置。
- 前記再生塔は、
前記混合槽を囲むように設けられ、前記混合槽から排出された前記気液混合流体を受け入れ、前記吸収液と気体とに分離して排出するように構成された脱気槽を更に有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の脱硫装置。
