Claims (2)
- 結晶相が専ら正方晶から成り、CuKα線を用いた粉末XRD測定における第1ピークの半価幅が0.268〜0.304度の範囲内、且つBET比表面積が17(m2/g)以上であることを特徴とするジルコニア原料粉末。
- ジルコニア一次原料粉末から一部を抜き取って試験粉を複数用意し、互いに異なる複数種類の条件で仮焼処理を施す仮焼試験工程と、
前記仮焼処理を施した前記試験粉の各々に対してCuKα線を用いた粉末XRD測定およびBET比表面積測定を行う試験粉評価工程と、
前記複数種類の条件のうち前記試験粉のXRD測定結果の第1ピークの半価幅が0.268〜0.304度の範囲内、且つBET比表面積が17(m 2 /g)以上になる条件を仮焼条件として決定する工程と、
前記決定した仮焼条件で前記ジルコニア一次原料粉末を仮焼する仮焼工程と
を、含むことを特徴とする結晶相が専ら正方晶から成るジルコニア原料粉末の製造方法。
