- 水を電気分解するための、少なくとも1つの膜(20)を有する少なくとも1つの電解セル(12)、及び前記電解セルに水を供給するためのパッシブな水フィードユニット(32)を備える電解システムであって、前記少なくとも1つの膜(20)がパッシブな水供給ユニット(30)として形成されており、
前記パッシブな水フィードユニット(32)が、前記少なくとも1つの膜(20)の範囲内で広範囲に水を分配するために、少なくとも1つのチャンネル構造(26)を備えており、
前記少なくとも1つの膜(20)の少なくとも1つの第1の膜部分ユニット(54)の中に、チャンネル構造(26)を備えており、
前記少なくとも1つの第1の膜部分ユニット(54)が、少なくとも1つの第2の膜部分ユニット(56)に接続され、前記第2の膜部分ユニット(56)は前記第1の膜部分ユニット(54)を少なくとも部分的に覆っている、ことを特徴とする、
電解システム。 - 前記パッシブな水供給ユニット(32)が、毛細管現象によって水を吸収するために、少なくとも1つの中空構造(28)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電解システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中空構造(28)が、最大10マイクロメートルの孔径を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電解システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの膜(20)が、ポンプなしに前記水フィードユニット(32)に接続されていることを特徴とする、少なくとも請求項1に記載の電解システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの膜(20)が、接着接合によってセルフレーム(18)に接続されていることを特徴とする、少なくとも請求項1に記載の電解システム。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の、電解システム(10)のための電解セル。
- 電解システム(10)のための電解セル(12)の膜(20)の製造方法であって、
前記電解システム(10)は、水を電気分解するための、少なくとも1つの膜(20)を有する少なくとも1つの電解セル(12)、及び前記電解セルに水を供給するためのパッシブな水フィードユニット(32)を備える電解システムであって、
前記膜(20)がパッシブな水供給ユニット(30)として形成されているものであり、
前記膜(20)の少なくとも1つの第1の膜部分ユニット(54)の中に、チャンネル構造(26)が機械的に削り込まれており、
前記少なくとも1つの第1の膜部分ユニット(54)が、少なくとも1つの第2の膜部分ユニット(56)に接続され、前記第2の膜部分ユニット(56)は前記第1の膜部分ユニット(54)を少なくとも部分的に覆っている、ことを特徴とする製造方法。
