Claims (8)
- 長手方向(X)に延在するとともに複数のシール要素(41,42)によって覆われたスリット(33)を備えた、長手方向(X)に延在する中空プロフィル部(3)と、
位置測定のために該中空プロフィル部(3)に対して相対的に長手方向(X)へ移動する走査ユニット(2)によって走査可能な測定目盛り(11)を備えつつ前記中空プロフィル部(3)の内部に配置されたスケール(1)と、
前記中空プロフィル部(3)に結合され、かつ、前記中空プロフィル部(3)をその両端部のうちいずれかにおいて閉鎖するとともに測定すべき対象物に取り付けるための端部材(5)と
を備え、前記端部材(5)が、前記中空プロフィル部(3)に挿入される挿入範囲(51)を有している長さ測定装置において、
前記端部材(5)を挟着部材(6)によって前記中空プロフィル部(3)に結合させ、前記挟着部材を、前記スリット(33)が覆われるとともに、前記スリット(33)の両側において前記中空プロフィル部(3)が前記端部材(5)の前記挿入範囲(51)に固定されるよう構成したことを特徴とする長さ測定装置。 - 前記中空プロフィル部(3)を、U字状に形成するとともに、互いに平行に延在する2つの脚部(34,35)と、該脚部(34,35)に結合された底部(36)と、該底部とは反対側に位置しつつ前記脚部(34,35)に配置された2つの突出部(31,32)とを備える構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記挟着部材(6)を、前記端部材(5)に螺着するとともに、前記中空プロフィル部(3)の前記両突出部(31,32)を前記端部材(5)の前記挿入範囲(51)において押圧してそこで固定されるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項2記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記挟着部材(6)を、前記端部材(5)の前記挿入範囲(51)において前記シール要素(41,42)を押圧するよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記シール要素(41,42)を屋根状に配置し、前記シール要素(41,42)に対向する前記挿入範囲(51)を同様に屋根状に形成するとともに、前記挟着部材(6)を、これに対応して屋根状の凹部(63)を備えるよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項4記載の長さ測定装置。
- 長手方向(X)に見て、前記シール要素(41,42)を第1の部分長さ(L1)の内部においてのみ前記挿入範囲(51)と前記挟着部材(6)の間に配置するとともに、前記挟着部材(6)の第2の部分長さ(L2)を前記シール要素(41,42)から解放したことを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記挟着部材(6)を、前記スリット(33)の両側の前記中空プロフィル部(3)と共にそれぞれ前記スリット(33)の拡開に対して逆に作用する嵌合部を形成するよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の長さ測定装置。
- 前記挟着部材(6)を、前記脚部(34,35)によってあらかじめ設定される前記中空プロフィル部(3)の幅(B)以下の幅を有するよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の長さ測定装置又は請求項2を直接的又は間接的に引用する請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の長さ測定装置。
