Description
本願は、2013年12月24日に日本に出願された特願2013−265944号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
本実施形態のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン100は、例えば、船舶等に用いられる。具体的に、ユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン100は、シリンダ110(シリンダヘッド110a、シリンダブロック110b)と、ピストン112と、パイロット噴射弁114と、燃焼室116と、排気ポート118と、排気弁駆動装置120と、排気弁122と、掃気ポート124と、掃気溜126と、掃気室128と、連絡路130と、燃料噴射部132と、ロータリエンコーダ134と、を含んで構成され、ガバナー(調速機)150、燃料噴射制御部152、排気制御部154等の制御部によって制御される。
そして、掃気ポート124から、ピストン112の摺動に応じてシリンダ110内に活性ガスが吸入される。この活性ガスは、酸素、オゾン等の酸化剤、または、その混合気(例えば空気)を含む。掃気溜126には、不図示の過給機のコンプレッサによって加圧された活性ガス(例えば空気)が封入されており、シリンダ110が収容された掃気室128と掃気溜126は、連絡路130によって連通されている。連絡路130は、掃気室128の径方向外方に位置する掃気溜126から掃気室128に活性ガスを導く。

Claims (3)
- 内部をピストンが摺動するシリンダと、
前記シリンダの周方向に互いに離れて設けられた複数の噴射口と、
燃料ガスの燃料供給源に対して複数の前記噴射口を接続する燃料供給路と、
前記燃料供給路において、互いに並列に設けられ、前記燃料供給源と前記噴射口とを連通させ、前記燃料供給源から供給される燃料ガスを前記噴射口から噴出させる連通位置、および、前記燃料供給源と前記噴射口との連通を遮断し、前記噴射口からの燃料ガスの噴出を停止させる遮断位置に切り換わることで、前記噴射口からの燃料ガスの噴出を制御する複数の噴射バルブと、
前記噴射バルブを前記連通位置または前記遮断位置に切り換えるための作動油を吐出する油圧ポンプと
前記油圧ポンプに接続され、前記油圧ポンプから吐出される作動油が導かれる主流路と、
前記主流路から分岐し、前記主流路から1つまたは複数の前記噴射バルブへと作動油を導く複数の分岐流路と、複数の前記分岐流路それぞれに設けられ、前記主流路から前記噴射バルブへ作動油を供給し、あるいは、前記主流路から前記噴射バルブへの作動油の供給を停止して、前記噴射バルブを前記連通位置または前記遮断位置に切り換える切換バルブと、
前記シリンダが配される掃気室と、
前記掃気室の径方向外方から前記掃気室に活性ガスを導く連絡路と
を備え、
複数の前記分岐流路のうちの少なくとも1つの分岐流路は、前記シリンダの周方向に隣り合う複数の噴射口からの燃料ガスの噴出を制御する1つまたは複数の前記噴射バルブに接続され、前記分岐流路に設けられた1つの切換バルブの切り換えにより、隣り合う複数の噴射口からの燃料ガスの噴出が制御され、
前記分岐流路に設けられた1つの切換バルブの切り換えにより、前記シリンダの周方向に複数に区分けされた前記複数の噴射口のうち、1区画に位置する複数の噴射口からの燃料ガスの噴出が制御され、
前記シリンダに設けられ、前記活性ガスを前記シリンダ内に流入させるとともに、前記シリンダ内において前記活性ガスの旋回流を生じさせるように、前記シリンダの径方向に対して傾斜する方向に延びる掃気ポートをさらに備え、
前記噴射口は、前記掃気ポートの内壁、または、前記掃気ポートの外側に設けられ、
前記連絡路に対向する1区画に位置する前記複数の噴射口は、前記連絡路の流路幅の中心整理位置に対して、前記旋回流の流れ方向の上流側よりも、前記旋回流の流れ方向の下流側に多く配されている
ユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。 - 前記噴射口は、燃料ガスおよび活性ガスが混合された予混合気を噴出する請求項1に記載のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。
- 前記噴射口は、前記ピストンのストローク方向に沿った異なる位置に複数設けられ、前記分岐流路に設けられた1つの切換バルブの切り換えにより、隣り合う複数の噴射口からの燃料ガスの噴出が制御されるとともに、他の分岐流路に設けられた1つの切換バルブの切り換えにより、前記ピストンのストローク方向の位置が異なる、隣り合う複数の噴射口からの燃料ガスの噴出が制御される請求項1または2に記載のユニフロー掃気式2サイクルエンジン。
