Claims (2)
- 内燃機関に空気を導入するための吸気通路と前記内燃機関の排気ガスを大気に導出するための排気通路とを連通する排気循環通路と、前記排気通路において該排気通路から前記排気循環通路へ分岐する分岐位置より下流に設けられる排気バルブと、該排気バルブの開度を制御する制御装置とを備える排気再循環装置であって、
前記排気バルブは、前記排気通路の排気量を調整するジスクと、該ジスクを回動する動力を伝達する回転軸と、前記排気通路を気密するように前記回転軸の軸周りに配されたシール材とを有し、
前記制御装置は、
目標開度と前記排気バルブの実開度との偏差に基づいて前記排気バルブの操作量を算出する操作量算出部と、
前記排気バルブが前記目標開度から前記排気バルブの変位方向に所定の範囲内にあるか否かを判断する判断部と、
前記判断部により前記排気バルブが前記目標開度から前記排気バルブの変位方向に所定の範囲内にあると判断された場合、前記偏差が正の場合には、前記操作量に加算される補正値として、前記排気バルブの開度を開き方向へ変位させる所定の第1補正値を出力し、前記偏差が負の場合には、前記補正値として、前記排気バルブの開度を閉じ方向へ変位させる所定の第2補正値を出力する補正部とを備えることを特徴とする排気再循環装置。 - 前記補正部は、前記偏差がゼロになるまで継続して前記第1補正値または前記第2補正値を出力し、
前記補正値は前記操作量に積分加算されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の排気再循環装置。
