Claims (10)
- 構築空間中で粉末状原料物質から三次元物体を層状に製造する装置であって、前記構築空間中で製造された前記三次元物体(1)と、製造された前記物体(1)と該物体(1)を囲む未固化粉末とを収容するコンテナ(6)を備え、前記コンテナ(6)は、
容積を囲み、且つ、下側に向かって開いていており、更に、
前記コンテナ(6)の前記開いている側を封鎖することが可能な封鎖要素、製造された前記物体(1)、及び該物体(1)を囲む前記未固化粉末(2)が、前記構築空間の下から前記開いている側を通って前記コンテナ(6)中に前記封鎖要素と共に移動するように備えられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記封鎖要素は、板として形成され、前記板の領域は前記コンテナ(6)の前記開いている側の領域と実質的に一致することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記封鎖要素は、前記粉末状原料物質として与えられる金属粉末から前記三次元物体(1)の層状に製造する際、基板(3)として役立つ要素であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記封鎖要素は、前記三次元物体(1)を層状に製造する装置のキャリアプレート(4)の上に着脱可能に配置されている事を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記物体が下降しながらステップバイステップ式に層状に製造されている間、前記封鎖要素と直接係合している駆動装置を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の装置中で、製造された三次元物体及び該物体を囲む未固化粉末を取り出す方法において、
前記製造された三次元物体(1)及び前記物体を囲む未固化粉末は、前記構築空間の下から前記封鎖要素と共に前記コンテナ(6)中に移動することを特徴とする三次元物体及び該物体を囲む未固化粉末を取り出す方法。 - 前記コンテナ(6)は、前記封鎖要素によって封鎖されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の三次元物体及び該物体を囲む未固化粉末を取り出す方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置における前記封鎖要素は、前記キャリアプレート(4)から解除される、請求項6又は7のいずれか1項に記載された三次元物体及び該物体を囲む未固化粉末を取り出す方法。
- 請求項1乃至3又は5のいずれか1項に記載の装置であって、直接封鎖要素と係合している駆動装置を備えている請求項6又は7のいずれか1項に記載の三次元物体及び該物体を囲む未固化粉末を取り出す方法。
- 前記コンテナ(6)は、前記装置から上方向に取り出されることを特徴とする請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の製造される三次元物体及び該物体を囲む未固化粉末を取り出す方法。
