Claims (7)
- 共振回路(3)に接続された誘導コイル(2)を備え、誘導コイル(2)により生成される磁界(1)を用いて加熱体(4)を誘導加熱するための装置であって、
前記共振回路(3)が少なくとも1つの第1のコンデンサ(6)と少なくとも1つの第1の電流源(9)とを有し、前記誘導コイル(2)が固有インダクタンス(8)と抵抗(7)とを有し、かつ、前記加熱体(4)の材料が少なくとも部分的な温度範囲において実質的に一定不変の透磁性を有する、装置において、
前記共振回路(3)が、前記共振回路(3)の共振周波数を決定するための少なくとも1つの第1の測定機構と、前記共振回路(3)の電力消費量を決定するための第2の測定機構とを有している、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記共振回路(3)が交流電流で駆動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コンデンサ(6)が前記電流源(9)と前記誘導コイル(2)とに直列に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱体(4)の材料が温度依存性の電気伝導度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記加熱体(4)の温度依存性の抵抗を測定するための少なくとも1つの第3の測定機構を有し、前記温度依存性の抵抗に基づいて前記加熱体の温度が決定可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱体(4)の前記温度依存性の抵抗が算定されることで決定され、前記温度依存性の抵抗に基づいて前記加熱体の温度が決定可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置で加熱体(4)の温度を決定する方法において、
前記方法は、
前記共振回路(3)の共振周波数を決定するステップと、
前記共振回路(3)の電力消費量を決定するステップと、
前記誘導コイル(2)のインダクタンス(8)を前記共振回路(3)の共振周波数を介して決定するステップと、
前記誘導コイル(2)の抵抗(7)を前記共振回路(3)の電力消費量を介して決定するステップと、
前記誘導コイルの前記インダクタンス(8)および前記抵抗(7)に基づいて、前記加熱体(4)の温度依存性の抵抗を決定するステップと、
前記温度依存性の抵抗から、前記加熱体(4)の温度を決定するステップと
を含む、ことを特徴とする方法。
