Description
必ず含む冷媒組成物が開示されている。
1.HFCとHFOとを含有する組成物であって、
1)HFCとしてHFC-32、
2)HFOとしてHFO-1234yf及びHFO-1234zeの少なくとも一種、並びに、
3)第三成分としてHCC-40、HCFC-22及び3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を含有し、
4)前記HFCと前記HFOとの総量が、前記HFC、前記HFO及び前記第三成分の合計量を100質量%として95質量%以上である、
ことを特徴とする組成物。
2.冷媒組成物である、上記項1に記載の組成物。
3.更に冷凍機油を含有し、前記冷凍機油の含有量が組成物中10〜50質量%である、上記項1又は2に記載の組成物。
4.HCC-40の含有量が、前記HFC、前記HFO及び前記第三成分の合計量を100質量%として1質量%以下である、上記項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
実施形態1の組成物は、HFCとHFOとを含有する組成物であって、
1)HFCとしてHFC-134a及びHFC-134の少なくとも一種、
2)HFOとしてHFO-1234yf及びHFO-1234zeの少なくとも一種、並びに、
3)第三成分としてHCFC-1122、HCFC-124、CFC-1113及び3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を含有することを特徴とする。
上記組成物は、上記HFCとHFOとの組み合わせに対して、第三成分としてHCFC-1122、HCFC-124、CFC-1113及び3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピンの少なくとも一種を含有することにより、上記HFCとHFOとの組み合わせのみからなる組成物と比較して潤滑性能が向上している。
実施形態2の組成物は、HFCとHFOとを含有する組成物であって、
1)HFCとしてHFC-32、
2)HFOとしてHFO-1234yf及びHFO-1234zeの少なくとも一種、並びに、
3)第三成分としてHCC-40、HCFC-22及び3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を含有することを特徴とする。
実施形態3の組成物は、HFCとHFOとを含有する組成物であって、
1)HFCとしてHFC-125、
2)HFOとしてHFO-1234yf及びHFO-1234zeの少なくとも一種、並びに、
3)第三成分としてCFC-115及び3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピンの少なくとも一種を含有することを特徴とする。
実施形態4の組成物は、HFCとHFOとを含有する組成物であって、
1)HFCとしてHFC-32及びHFC-125、
2)HFOとしてHFO-1234yf及びHFO-1234zeの少なくとも一種、並びに、
3)第三成分としてHCC-40、HCFC-22、CFC-115及び3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を含有することを特徴とする。
実施形態5の組成物は、HFCとHFOとを含有する組成物であって、
1)HFCとしてHFC-32、HFC-125、HFC-134a及びHFC-134からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種、
2)HFOとしてHFO-1234yf及びHFO-1234zeの少なくとも一種、並びに、
3)第三成分としてHCC-40、HCFC-22、HCFC-124、CFC-115、HCFC-1122、CFC-1113及び3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を含有することを特徴とする。
実施形態1〜5の組成物(本発明の組成物)は、HFCとHFOとに加えて、更に特定の第三成分(特定の塩素含有物質及び3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピンの少なくとも一種、即ち、HCFC-1122、HCFC-124、CFC-1113、HCC-40、HCFC-22、CFC-115及び3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピンの少なくとも一種)を含有することにより、潤滑性能が向上している。
(磨耗試験)
スラスト摩擦摩耗試験機(ディスク接面方式:図1参照)を用いて、各組成物を用いた磨耗試験により磨耗量を測定した。
(焼き付け試験)
棒(軸材)を回転円盤(軸受材)に荷重をかけて押しつけて、各組成物を用いた焼き付け試験により焼き付け荷重を測定した。焼き付け荷重は、比較例の場合を100とした際の相対値で評価した。
表2に示す組成の通りに参考例1及び比較例1の組成物を調製した。
表4に示す組成の通りに実施例2及び比較例2の組成物を調製した。
表6に示す組成の通りに参考例3及び比較例3の組成物を調製した。
表8に示す組成の通りに参考例4及び比較例4の組成物を調製した。
表10に示す組成の通りに参考例5及び比較例5の組成物を調製した。
Claims (4)
- HFCとHFOとを含有する組成物であって、
1)HFCとしてHFC-32、
2)HFOとしてHFO-1234yf及びHFO-1234zeの少なくとも一種、並びに、
3)第三成分としてHCC-40、HCFC-22及び3,3,3-トリフルオロプロピンからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種を含有し、
4)前記HFCと前記HFOとの総量が、前記HFC、前記HFO及び前記第三成分の合計量を100質量%として95質量%以上である、
ことを特徴とする組成物。 - 冷媒組成物である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 更に冷凍機油を含有し、前記冷凍機油の含有量が組成物中10〜50質量%である、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- HCC-40の含有量が、前記HFC、前記HFO及び前記第三成分の合計量を100質量%として1質量%以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
