Description
Claims (12)
- 動力伝達システム、詳細には飛行機のターボプロップまたはターボジェットなどのタービンエンジン用の動力伝達システムにして、かさ歯車などの接続手段(30)によって駆動シャフト(31)に接続された伝達シャフト(40)を備え、機器または付属品を駆動する動力伝達システムであって、伝達シャフト(40)が臨界未満条件の下に作動するように設計され、その共振速度において振動を減衰させるための減衰器手段を含むことを特徴とする、動力伝達システム。
- 減衰器手段が、固定された構造要素によって担持される筐体(58、92、114)内に取り外し可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 筐体(58、92、114)が、接続手段の筐体(32)内に取り外し可能な方式で組み込まれることで、伝達シャフト(40)を、それが駆動する機器または付属品に接続することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 振動減衰器手段が、油膜圧縮減衰器を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2または請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 油膜圧縮減衰器が、伝達シャフト(40)を案内するための少なくとも1つの軸受(70、72)の周りに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 減衰器の油膜が、取り外し可能な筐体(58、92、114)の内側環状面と、案内軸受の外輪(84、86)を囲む環状部分(82、96、120)の間の環状の空間内に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 油膜が、環状部分内の環状の筐体および/または取り外し可能な筐体(58)内に係合した少なくとも2つの環状の密閉ガスケット(88)によって横方向に制限されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 案内軸受(70、72)が、シャフト(40)の円筒形の軸受面上(68)に係合され、円筒形の軸受面(68)または環状部分(96、120)のねじ山付き部分に対してねじ込まれたナット(78)によって一端で軸方向に保持されており、その他端では伝達シャフト(40)の半径方向のリム(80)によって保持されることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの伝達システムを含み、伝達シャフト(40)が、中間ケーシング(16)の半径方向のアーム内に延在することを特徴とするタービンエンジン。
- 減衰器手段が、伝達シャフト(40)の半径方向外側端部の周りに取り外し可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 減衰器手段が、伝達シャフト(40)の半径方向外側端部を囲む取り外し可能な筐体(58、92)内に、かつ中間ケーシングによって担持される固定構造体内の開口の内部に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 接続手段(30)によって駆動シャフト(31)に接続された伝達シャフト(40)を利用して、飛行機のターボプロップまたはターボジェットなどのタービンエンジンの機器または付属品に動力を伝達する方法であって、伝達シャフトを臨界未満速度で回転させるステップと、それがその共振速度で作動する間振動を減衰させるステップとで構成されることを特徴とする方法。
