Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る作業車両1を示す側面図である。本実施形態において、作業車両1は、例えば、鉱山の採掘現場において、土砂や砕石等の積荷を運搬するダンプトラックである。以下の説明においては、作業車両1をダンプトラック1と表記する。なお、本実施形態において、ダンプトラック1は、キャブ(運転室)8に搭乗した運転者(オペレータ)に操作される有人ダンプトラックであるが、これに限定されない。さらに、本実施形態において、ダンプトラック1は、例えばリジッド式のダンプトラック1であるが、これに限定されない。
図2は、ダンプトラック1のうち動力発生装置10及びその近傍の構成を示す側面図である。図1及び図2に示すように、車体5は、動力発生装置10を有する。動力発生装置10は、動力を発生させて走行装置4を駆動する。動力発生装置10は、エンジン11と、例えば、過給機12とを有する。本実施形態において、エンジン11は、ディーゼルエンジンである。エンジン11は、本体部11Aと、吸気管11Bと、排気管11Cとを有する。本体部11Aは、メインフレーム5Fに支持される。吸気管11Bは、本体部11Aに供給される気体が流通する。排気管11Cは、本体部11Aから排出される排気ガスが流通する。排気管11Cは、排気ガス後処理装置30のDPF装置31(図3参照)に接続される。
車体5は、冷却装置20を有する。冷却装置20は、エンジン11の+X側、すなわち前方に配置される。冷却装置20は、ラジエータ21と、送風装置22とを有する。ラジエータ21は、車体5の+X側、すなわち前部に配置される。ラジエータ21は、エンジン11に供給する冷却水を放熱させて冷却する。送風装置22は、ラジエータ21の後側(−X側)に配置される。本実施形態において、送風装置22は、ファン22Aを有する。ファン22Aは、後方(−X方向)に向けて空気を送る。送風装置22は、ファン22Aを回転させることにより、例えばラジエータ21の前側(+X側)からラジエータ21内に空気を吸い込ませると共に、ラジエータ21を通過した空気を後方(−X方向)に送る。
車体5は、排気ガス後処理装置30を有する。図3及び図4は、排気ガス後処理装置30の一例を示す斜視図である。図3は、ダンプトラック1の前側、すなわち、+X側から見た場合の構成を示す。図4は、ダンプトラック1の後側、すなわち、−X側から見た場合の一部の構成を示す。排気ガス後処理装置30は、キャブ8の右側(ダンプトラック1の前方に対して右側)に配置される。排気ガス後処理装置30は、エンジン11から排気管11Cに排出された排気ガスを浄化する装置である。排気ガス後処理装置30は、例えば排気ガスに含まれるスス等の微粒子を除去し、排気ガス中のNOx(窒素酸化物)を低減させる。
図2等に示すように、車体5は、案内装置としての第1案内装置40を有する。第1案内装置40は、送風装置22から後方(−X方向)に流れる空気を持ち上げて排気ガス後処理装置30に導く。第1案内装置40は、第1案内部材41と、第2案内部材42とを有する。第1案内装置40は、排気ガス後処理装置30と送風装置22との間に配置される。
次に、本実施形態において、車体5が有する案内装置としての第2案内装置50について説明する。図13は、排気ガス後処理装置30と、第2案内装置50と、冷却装置20との位置関係を示す斜視図である。また、図13は、排気ガス後処理装置30等を前側(+X側)かつ下側(−Z側)から見た状態を示す。なお、エンジン11等は簡略化して図示している。図14は、図13の第2案内装置50を含む要部を拡大して示した図である。また、図14は、底板5Hを省略した状態で示している。

- エンジンと、
前記エンジンの前方に配置された送風装置と、
前記エンジンからの排気ガスを処理するとともに前記エンジンの上方に配置された排気ガス後処理装置と、
前記送風装置からの空気の少なくとも一部を、前記排気ガス後処理装置がある上方へ持ち上げて案内する案内装置と、
を備え、
前記案内装置は、前記送風装置と前記排気ガス後処理装置との間に配置され、
前記案内装置は、
前記排気ガス後処理装置の前方に配置され前記送風装置からの空気の少なくとも一部を第1方向に案内して前記排気ガス後処理装置の第1部分に導く傾斜板を含む第1案内部材と、前記排気ガス後処理装置の前方に配置され前記送風装置からの空気の少なくとも一部を第2方向に案内して前記排気ガス後処理装置の第2部分に導くダクトを含む第2案内部材と、を有し、
前記送風装置は、ファンを有し、
前記案内装置は、前記ファンの外径を外縁とする底面からなる仮想の円筒内に、前記第1案内部材及び前記第2案内部材が配置される部分を有する
作業車両。 - 前記案内装置は、
前記送風装置からの空気の少なくとも一部を第1方向に案内して前記排気ガス後処理装置の第1部分に導く第1案内部材と、前記送風装置からの空気の少なくとも一部を第2方向に案内して前記排気ガス後処理装置の第2部分に導く第2案内部材と、を有する第1案内装置である、
