Description
図1(b)に示すように、先ず、膜分離装置3の所定領域にガス(本実施形態では空気)を注入して、当該領域で発生する浮力によって膜分離装置3を処理槽2の被処理液中に浮上させる。
図5(a)には、膜分離装置3の一例が示され、図5(b)には当該膜分離装置3に組み込まれる膜エレメント11が示されている。この例では、膜分離装置3の被係合部32として装置上面四隅にそれぞれに設置されたアイボルト32が用いられている。

Claims (7)
- 被処理液中に浸漬して配置され、ろ過膜を透過した透過液を取り出す膜分離装置の吊り上げ方法であって、
膜分離装置の所定領域にガスを注入して、注入されたガスによって発生する浮力によって膜分離装置を被処理液中で浮上させ、浮上した膜分離装置の上部に備えた被係合部に吊り上げ装置の係合部を係合させて吊り上げるように処理され、
前記所定領域として、ろ過膜を透過した透過液の通流路をなす空間が用いられることを特徴とする膜分離装置の吊り上げ方法。 - 膜分離装置は、ろ過膜を備える複数の膜エレメントと、並列配置される前記複数の膜エレメントの側部と連結して配置され膜エレメントの透過液の通流路と連通する集水空間を備えた集水ケースからなる膜モジュールを備え、
前記所定領域は、膜モジュールの透過液の通流路をなす空間であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜分離装置の吊り上げ方法。 - 膜分離装置は、ろ過膜を備えた複数の膜エレメントを備え、膜エレメントは、ろ過膜を透過した透過液の通流路内を加圧することでろ過膜が膨出して通流路の容積が増大する平膜型の膜エレメントであり、前記所定領域へのガスの注入を膜エレメントのろ過膜が膨出することで吸収することを特徴とする請求項1記載の膜分離装置の吊り上げ方法。
- 前記所定領域にガスを加圧供給することで、前記所定領域に残留する透過液の少なくとも一部を、ろ過膜を通じて被処理液中へ排出してガスと置換することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の膜分離装置の吊り上げ方法。
- 前記所定領域の少なくとも1箇所を大気開放しながら、前記所定領域に残留する透過液の少なくとも一部を吸引排出してガスと置換することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の膜分離装置の吊り上げ方法。
- 前記所定領域にガスを加圧供給しながら、前記所定領域に残留する透過液の少なくとも一部を吸引排出してガスと置換することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の膜分離装置の吊り上げ方法。
- 膜分離装置は、被処理液中に立設されたガイド部材に沿って上下方向に移動自在に構成され、前記所定領域にガスを注入することにより、前記ガイド部材に沿って浮上させることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れかに記載の膜分離装置の吊り上げ方法。
