Description
ポリノルボルネン系樹脂の成形体からなる基材の少なくとも一部に、バルクモールディングコンパウンド又はシートモールディングコンパウンドからなる積層材を積層して成形することによって一体化された積層成形品の製造方法において、
上記基材の本体部に、該本体部から突出するように第1位置決め部を一体成形した後、
上記基材を上記積層材の成形型内に入れて上記第1位置決め部を上記積層材の成形型に形成された第1凹部に嵌合させて上記基材を上記積層材の成形型に位置決めし、
しかる後、上記基材に上記積層材を成形することを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- ポリノルボルネン系樹脂の成形体からなる基材(4)の少なくとも一部に、バルクモールディングコンパウンド又はシートモールディングコンパウンドからなる積層材(5)を積層して成形することによって一体化された積層成形品(1)の製造方法において、
上記基材(4)の本体部(2)に、該本体部(2)から突出するように第1位置決め部(2d)を一体成形した後、
上記基材(4)を上記積層材(5)の成形型(100)内に入れて上記第1位置決め部(2d)を上記積層材(5)の成形型(100)に形成された第1凹部(100A)に嵌合させて上記基材(4)を上記積層材(5)の成形型(100)に位置決めし、
しかる後、上記基材(4)に上記積層材(5)を成形することを特徴とする積層成形品(1)の製造方法。
