Claims (2)
- 燃料極、空気極、非酸化性の多孔質金属材料と前記非酸化性の多孔質金属の表面または内部に含まれた燃料金属を有する補助極の3つの電極で構成される3極方式の電池セルと、電極切替装置からなる金属空気二次電池であって、
前記切替装置は、充電時には、燃料極を外部電源負極に、前記補助極を外部電源正極に、第1放電時には、前記燃料極を外部負荷負極に、前記空気極を外部負荷正極に、第2の放電時には、前記補助極を外部負荷負極に、前記空気極を外部負荷正極に、それぞれ電気的に接続するように、電気的な接続を切り替え、
前記補助極は、他の補助極に交換可能である、または、他の燃料金属を投入可能である、ことを特徴とする金属空気二次電池。 - 前記補助極は、前記空気極と前記燃料極の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属空気二次電池。
