Description

本発明は、経血等の体液を吸収・保持するための生理用ナプキンに関する。
従来から、図１に示されたような、縦長に延伸して形成されたベース体１１と、ベース体１１の長手方向の両側に延伸して設けられた漏れ防止用フラップ１１１と、ベース体１１の肌接触側から突き出るように設けられた吸収体１２とを有するナプキンが広く使われている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。ベース体１１に突設された吸収体１２によってユーザーの股間部にフィットして密着するように配置されることができるので、ユーザーの股間部にある排泄部から排出された体液を素早く吸収することができる。従って、排出体液が後ろ側に流れて漏れることを避けることができる。

上述のナプキンは、吸収体１２がユーザーの肌とフィットして密着しているので、通気性が悪く、蒸れが生じ易いため、不快な臭気が発生し、装着感が良くない問題点がある。
本発明は、体液吸収効果が良好であるだけでなく、通気性も優れたナプキンを提供することを目的とする。
上記目的を達成するために、本発明に係るナプキンは、ベース層と、前記ベース層から突き出るように設けられた吸収体とを有し、長手方向と、該長手方向と同一平面内で直交する幅方向とが定義された、基材と、前記長手方向に互いに間隔をおいて前記吸収体と連結された複数の連結部と、前記連結部と連結されると共に前記長手方向に延伸されるように形成された吸収部と、前記吸収部上に起毛されて設けられたコットンフラッフとを有し、前記吸収体と前記連結部と前記吸収部とにより、複数の通気路が、前記幅方向に延伸されるように画成されている、少なくとも一つの吸収手段と、を備えている、ことを特徴とする。
本発明に係るナプキンは、吸収体と連結部と吸収部とにより、複数の通気路が幅方向に延伸されるように画成されているので、通気性が改善され、蒸れが生じにくい。従って、不快な臭気の発生を抑制することができる。また、吸収部に起毛されて設けられたコットンフラッフにより、ふわふわとした肌触りを得ることができるので、装着感が良い。

以下、本発明のナプキンにおけるいくつかの実施例について図面を参照して説明する。なお、同一構成及び機能を有する構成要素については、同一番号を付してその説明を省略する。本発明に係るナプキンは、ユーザーの股間部に対向して置かれるように使用されるものであり、縦長に延伸してほぼ長方形状に形成されたものである。なお、ナプキンの長手方向Ｘは、ユーザーの腹側から背中側に向かう前後方向に対応する方向、ナプキンの幅方向Ｙは、長手方向Ｘと同一の平面にあり且つ該長手方向に直交する方向、ナプキンの上下方向Ｚは、長手方向Ｘと幅方向Ｙとに直交する方向である。
（第１の実施例）
図２は、本発明に係るナプキンの第１の実施例を示す斜視図、図３は、図２の長手方向の側面図、図４は、図２の一部を断面して示す長手方向の側面断面図である。図２〜図４に示されているように、符号２は、第１の実施例に係るナプキン、３は、縦長に延伸して形成された基材をそれぞれ示している。基材３は、ユーザーの肌と接触するように設けられた例えば紙質のベース層３１と、ベース層３１にシート状に敷かれてベース層３１から突き出るように設けられた吸収体３２とを有する。ベース層３１は、ベース層３１の長手方向の両側に延伸して設けられた漏れ防止用フラップを有する。なお、漏れ防止用フラップは、用途によっては設けなくても良いものである。
吸収体３２の肌接触側には、ユーザーの肌と接触するように吸収手段４が突き出て設けられている。なお、各図では、吸収手段４の構造が分かり易いように実際より寸法を拡大して示している。
吸収手段４は、長手方向Ｘに沿って所定の間隔をおいて吸収体３２と連結された複数の連結部４１と、連結部４１と一体的に連結されて設けられた吸収部４２とを有する。
この例では、吸収部４２は、長手方向Ｘに延伸されてシート状に形成され、複数の連結部４１を介して基材３の吸収体３２と連結されている。これら複数の連結部４１によって吸収部４２はアーチ形状になっている。また、吸収部４２の肌接触側には、多数のコットンフラッフ４５が起毛されて設けられている。そして、吸収体３２と連結部４１と吸収部４２とにより、上記アーチ形状の下部空間である複数の通気路４４が、幅方向Ｙに延伸されるように画成されている。
更に、吸収部４２は、複数のせん孔４３が、互いに所定の間隔をおいて上下方向Ｚに吸収部４２を貫通して設けられている。この例では、複数のせん孔４３が複数の通気路４４に流体的に連通している。
なお、この例では、吸収手段４は、長手方向Ｘの相反する二つの端部を有し、図２に示されているように、その一方又は両方の端部が吸収体３２に連結されているが、吸収体３２から所定の上下方向Ｚの間隔をおいて離れるように設けられてもよい。
以上のように構成されたナプキン２は、通気路４４によって通気性が改善されるので、蒸れが生じにくい。従って、不快な臭気の発生を抑制することができる。また、吸収部４２に起毛されて設けられたコットンフラッフ４５により、ふわふわとした肌触りを得ることができるので、装着感が良い。また、吸収手段４がユーザーの肌と接触するように突き出て設けられているので、ユーザーの排泄体液がすぐに吸収部４２を介して吸収体３２側に流れることができる。従って、かぶれの発生が大幅に軽減される。また、吸収部４２にせん孔４３が通気路４４に連通するように設けられていることにより、通気性や吸収性の向上を図ることができ、かぶれや臭気の発生を効果的に抑制することもできる。
（変形例）
図５は、第１の実施例に係るナプキン２の変形例を示す斜視図、図６は図５の長手方向の側面図、図７は、図５の長手方向の一部側面断面図である。第１の実施例では、吸収部４２は連結部４１によって緩やかに凹凸してアーチ形状になっているが、この例では、吸収手段４は、長手方向Ｘに沿って延伸されるように、吸収体３２と連結された連結部４１としての凹部と、吸収体３２から上下方向Ｚの間隔をおいて離れる吸収部４２としての凸部とを有すると共に、連結部４１の長手方向の間隔を上記第１の実施例より小さくして明らかな波の形状に設けられている。なお、この例では、吸収部４２の長手方向Ｘの両端はそれぞれ吸収体３２に連結されている。
以上のように構成されたナプキン２は、通気路４４によって通気性が改良され、また、より良好なふわふわとした肌触りを得ることができるので、蒸れやかぶれの発生も大幅に軽減され、快適な着用感を得ることができる。
（第２の実施例）
図８は、本発明に係るナプキンの第２の実施例を示す斜視図である。第２の実施例に係るナプキン２は、第１の実施例の構成とは、複数の吸収手段４が幅方向Ｙの間隔をおいて並ぶように設けられている点で異なる。
各吸収手段４は長手方向Ｘに沿って延伸されるようになっており、長手方向Ｘに沿って所定の間隔をおいて吸収体３２と連結された複数の連結部４１と、連結部４１と一体的に連結されて設けられた吸収部４２とを有する。隣接する連結部４１間の吸収部４２はアーチ形状になっている。多数のコットンフラッフ４５が吸収部４２の肌接触側に起毛されて設けられている。吸収体３２と複数の連結部４１と複数の吸収部４２とにより、複数の通気路４４が、幅方向Ｙに延伸されるように画成されている。また、各吸収手段４は、長手方向Ｘの相反する二つの端部を有し、図８に示されているように、その両端部が吸収体３２に連結されている。
以上のように構成されたナプキン２は、上記例と同様に、通気路４４によって通気性が改善され蒸れが生じにくいので、不快な臭気の発生を抑制することができる効果を有する。また、吸収部４２に起毛されて設けられたコットンフラッフ４５により、ふわふわとした肌触りを得ることができ、ユーザーの排泄体液がすぐに吸収部４２を介して吸収体３２側に流れるので、かぶれの発生が大幅に軽減されることができる。また、隣接する吸収手段４の間は通気路４４と連通される通気パス５０として形成されているので、通気性を大幅に上げることができる。
（第３の実施例）
図９は、本発明に係るナプキンの第３の実施例を示す平面図、図１０は図９の長手方向の側面図である。第３の実施例に係るナプキン２は、上記実施例とは、吸収部４２に複数のコットンフラッフボール４６が設けられている点で異なる。
また、この例では、吸収手段４は、第２の実施例と同様に、互いに幅方向Ｙの間隔をおいて並ぶように複数例えば３本設けられ、各吸収手段４は長手方向Ｘに沿って延伸されるようになっており、隣接する吸収手段４におけるコットンフラッフボール４６同士の間に、通気路４４に連通される隙間が形成されるように、隣接する吸収手段４同士のコットンフラッフボール４６の直径が異なる。
また、本例における吸収手段４は、第１の実施例と同様に一枚のシート状になってもよい。この場合、一枚のシート状になった吸収手段４にコットンフラッフボール４６が複数列になって互いに長手方向Ｘに並ぶように設けられ、隣接の列におけるコットンフラッフボール４６同士の間に隙間が形成されるようにそれぞれの直径が異なるようにしてもよい。なお、一つの列上のコットンフラッフボール４６同士は図示のように、それぞれの直径が同じであるが、異なるようにしてもよいことが言うまでもない。
（第４の実施例）
図１１は、本発明に係るナプキンの第４の実施例を示す斜視図、図１２は、図１１の横幅方向の正面図である。第４の実施例に係るナプキン２は、上記実施例の構成と類似しているが、連結部４１は、それぞれ長手方向Ｘに延伸されると共に互いに幅方向Ｙの間隔をおいて２列並ぶように設けられている。吸収部４２は連結部４１と連結して設けられている。
この例では、吸収部４２は更に、それぞれ長手方向Ｘに延伸されると共に、折線が長手方向Ｘに沿ったプリーツ形状に折り曲げられてなり、互いに幅方向Ｙの間隔をおいて並ぶように設けられた、２つの繋ぎ部材４７と、繋ぎ部材４７を介して連結部４１と連結して設けられた吸収部材４９とを有する。吸収体３２と吸収部４２の繋ぎ部材４７と連結部４１とにより複数の通気路４４が形成され、また、吸収体３２と繋ぎ部材４７と吸収部材４９とにより、通気路４４と連通されると共に長手方向Ｘに延伸される通風路４８が形成されている。
以上のように構成された第４の実施例に係るナプキン２は、その通気性を通気路４４と通風路４８とにより大幅に高めることができる。従って、上記の実施例と同様に、蒸れが生じにくく、不快な臭気の発生を抑制することができ、装着感が良い効果を得ることができる。
以上、本発明の幾つかの好ましい実施例を説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変更可能であることはいうまでもない。
本発明に係るナプキンは、ナプキン、オムツなどの吸収性物品に有用である。

Claims (6)

  1. ベース層と、前記ベース層から突き出るように設けられた吸収体とを有し、長手方向と、該長手方向と同一平面内で直交する幅方向とが定義された、基材と、
    前記長手方向に互いに間隔をおいて前記吸収体と連結された複数の連結部と、前記連結部と連結されると共に前記長手方向に延伸されるように形成された吸収部と、前記吸収部上に起毛されて設けられたコットンフラッフとを有し、前記吸収体と前記連結部と前記吸収部とにより、複数の通気路が、前記幅方向に延伸されるように画成されている、少なくとも一つの吸収手段と、を備えている、ことを特徴とする、ナプキン。
  2. 前記吸収手段は更に、複数のせん孔が、前記長手方向と前記幅方向とに直交する上下方向に前記吸収部を貫通して前記通気路に流体連通するように形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のナプキン。
  3. 前記吸収手段は更に、前記吸収部に複数のコットンフラッフボールが設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載のナプキン。
  4. 前記吸収手段は更に、前記吸収部に複数のコットンフラッフボールが前記長手方向に複数列並ぶように設けられ、隣接の列における前記コットンフラッフボールの直径が異なる、ことを特徴とする請求項１又は２に記載のナプキン。
  5. 前記連結部は、それぞれ前記長手方向に延伸されると共に、互いに前記幅方向の間隔をおいて少なくとも２列並ぶように設けられ、
    前記吸収部は更に、
    それぞれ前記長手方向に延伸されると共に、プリーツ形状に折り曲げられてなり、互いに前記幅方向の間隔をおいて並ぶように前記連結部と連結して設けられた、２つの繋ぎ部材と、
    前記繋ぎ部材を介して前記連結部と連結して設けられた吸収部材とを有し、
    前記吸収体と、前記吸収部の前記繋ぎ部材と、前記連結部とにより、複数の前記通気路が形成され、
    前記吸収体と、前記吸収部の前記繋ぎ部材と、前記吸収部材とにより、前記通気路と連通されると共に前記長手方向に延伸される通風路が形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項１〜４のいずれかの一項に記載のナプキン。
  6. 前記吸収手段を複数備え、該複数の前記吸収手段は互いに前記幅方向の間隔をおいて設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項１〜５のいずれかの一項に記載のナプキン。
