非水素化FT50ワックス留分を、実験室規模(6リットル)で分別結晶化脱油プロセスを使用して脱油した。脱油の前に、ブチル化ヒドロキシトルエンを抗酸化剤として添加した。
水素化FT50ワックス留分も、実験室規模で同じ分別結晶化脱油プロセスを使用して脱油した。脱油の前に、ブチル化ヒドロキシトルエンを抗酸化剤として添加した。目的は、セーボルト色が+30、MEK溶解性が0.5重量%未満、および25℃における針入度(0.1mm)が18未満という製品規格を有するワックス留分を得ることであった。水素化FT50ワックス留分の結果を表5に示す。
鉄(Fe)触媒フィッシャー−トロプシュプロセスによって生成されるワックスを蒸留して軽質留分、重質ワックス留分、および350から500℃の間で沸騰する中間留分を除去することによって、いわゆるFTミディアムワックスをもたらした。FTミディアムワックスの凝固点は、58℃であった。このFTミディアムワックス700トンを、溶剤脱油プロセスを使用して脱油した。FTミディアムワックスを空気雰囲気中で5mのタワー内に3バールの圧力下で噴霧してワックス粉末を形成した。次いでワックス粉末を、18℃の温度下で、1,2,ジクロロエタン溶媒と1:2から1:3の間のワックスと溶媒の比で、ミキサー内で混合して油成分(ろう下油)を溶媒中に抽出した。溶媒中のワックス粒子の混合物を約6〜8t/hの速度で濾過ユニットに供給し、このユニット内でワックス粒子を溶媒から濾過し、ワックスフィルターケークを1,2,ジクロロエタン溶媒と再び混合してそれからの残油成分を抽出した。真空蒸留によって生成物留分およびろう下油留分の両方から、溶媒を独立して引き続いてストリップした。この実行は、18℃の抽出温度および6から8t/hの間の処理量で4日を要した。ワックス留分およびろう下油留分の組成および特性を表6に示す。
FTミディアムワックスの40トンのバッチを、以下の条件下でKata Leuna KL8231水素化触媒を使用して水素化した:T=280℃、p=150バール、LHSV=1,0−1,、処理量=4t/h。結果を表8に示す。
Claims (8)
- 精製ワックスを生産するためにワックスを処理または精製する方法であって、
0.5重量%超のMEK溶解性油含量を有し、少なくとも0.1重量%の含酸素炭化水素を含むフィッシャー−トロプシュ由来ワックスである供給原料ワックスを水素化して水素化ワックスをもたらす工程と、
その後、水素化ワックスを分別結晶化脱油プロセスに付すことによって脱油し、それによって水素化ワックスのMEK溶解性油含量を低減し、ASTM D938に規定された試験手順を使用して測定される場合、45℃から69℃の間の平均凝固点を有する精製ワックスを生産する工程と
を含む方法。 - 供給原料ワックスが、少なくとも0.5重量%の脂肪族オレフィンを含む、
