Claims (12)
- 沸点が450℃を超える化合物を80重量%より多く含有すると共に、供給原料の少なくとも一部はフィッシャー・トロプシュ合成生成物から誘導されたものである蝋状パラフィン系供給原料を、脂肪族ケトン化合物及び芳香族化合物を含み、脂肪族ケトン化合物対芳香族化合物の容量比が0.7:1未満である溶剤で希釈する工程、得られた混合物を蝋の沈殿が起こる温度に冷却する工程、油相から物理的に蝋を除去する工程、及び蝋状パラフィン系供給原料よりも低い流動点を有する油生成物を回収する工程により、該蝋状パラフィン系供給原料の流動点を降下させる方法。
- 前記ケトン化合物対芳香族化合物の容量比が1:1.5〜1:10である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 脂肪族ケトン化合物が、ジメチルケトン、ジエチルケトン、メチルエチルケトン、メチルイソブチルケトン、又はメチル−n−プロピルケトンである請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- ケトンがメチルエチルケトンである請求項3に記載の方法。
- 芳香族化合物がトルエンである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 蝋状パラフィン系供給原料の蝋含有量が10〜50重量%である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 原料の蝋含有量が35重量%未満である請求項6に記載の方法。
- 所定の溶剤ブレンドに対する希釈工程は、混合物が冷却前に透明になる温度で行なわれる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 混合物が−50〜−10℃の温度に冷却される請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 溶剤で希釈する際の蝋状パラフィン系原料の温度が50〜80℃である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 蝋状パラフィン系原料が、
(a)フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成生成物を水素化異性化する工程、及び
(b)1種以上の燃料生成物と、蝋状パラフィン系供給原料を含む蒸留残留物とに単離する工程、
により製造される請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 残留物の蝋含有量が、原料を水素化異性化条件下で水素化異性化触媒と接触させることにより、10〜50重量%の値に減少される請求項11に記載の方法。
