Claims (13)
- 少なくとも110の粘度指数を有する潤滑油基油を作製する方法であって、
a)蝋質軽質中性基油と、ポリエチレンを含むプラスチック供給材料の熱分解に由来するワックスとを混合してブレンドを生成し、プラスチック供給材料の熱分解に由来するワックスの10重量%未満が、1000°F(538℃)超で沸騰するステップ、
b)水素化異性化条件下で、水素化異性化触媒と水素の存在下、水素化異性化ゾーンにおいて水素化異性化脱蝋するステップ、及び
c)該水素化異性化脱蝋するステップからの流出液から潤滑油基油を回収するステップ
を含む、上記方法。 - プラスチック供給材料が、少なくとも95重量%のポリエチレンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリエチレンが、廃ポリエチレン、未使用ポリエチレン、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリエチレンが、高密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プラスチック供給材料の熱分解に由来するワックスの5重量%未満が、1000°F(538℃)超で沸騰する、請求項1に記載の方法。

量%含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - ブレンドが、プラスチック供給材料の熱分解に由来するワックスを、少なくとも50重量%含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水素化異性化触媒が、SAPO−11、SAPO−31、SAPO−41、SM−3、SM−7、ZSM−22、ZSM−23、ZSM−35、ZSM−48、ZSM−57、SSZ−32、SSZ−32X、金属変性SSZ−32X、オフレタイト、フェリエライト、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるモレキュラーシーブを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 潤滑油基油が、グループIIプラスの基油である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 潤滑油基油が、グループIIIの基油である、請求項1に記載の方法。
