Claims (3)
- 超音波を送受波する送受波部と、超音波の送受波面を開放した形で前記送受波部を覆うカバーと、前記送受波部及び前記カバーを収納するセンサ本体とを備え、
前記カバーは、前記送受波部の側面を覆う側部と、前記送受波部の底面を覆う底部とがそれぞれ互いに異なる材料で形成され、
前記底部を形成する材料は、前記側部を形成する材料よりも弾性率が大きく、
前記カバーは、前記側部がシリコーンゴムで形成され、前記底部が前記シリコーンゴムよりも弾性率が大きいシリコーンゴムで形成されることを特徴とする超音波センサ。 - 超音波を送受波する送受波部と、超音波の送受波面を開放した形で前記送受波部を覆うカバーと、前記送受波部及び前記カバーを収納するセンサ本体とを備え、
前記カバーは、前記送受波部の側面を覆う側部と、前記送受波部の底面を覆う底部とがそれぞれ互いに異なる材料で形成され、
前記底部を形成する材料は、前記側部を形成する材料よりも弾性率が大きく、
前記カバーは、前記底部を形成する材料及び前記側部を形成する材料を同時成形することにより一体に形成して成ることを特徴とする超音波センサ。 - 前記カバーは、前記底部を形成する材料及び前記側部を形成する材料を接着することにより一体に形成して成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波センサ。
