Claims (9)
- 底部(3)を有する少なくとも1つの収集タンク(2)を含む熱交換器であって、前記底部(3)から突出した張出し成形部(10)の中へ少なくとも1本の管(4)が前記底部に対してほぼ垂直方向に係入して、前記張出し成形部が管端部を包囲しており、かつ、前記張出し成形部(10)が前記管(4)の外周面に適合した矩形状の断面を有し、
前記張出し成形部(10)の肉厚が、前記張出し成形部(10)の少なくとも1つの角領域(11)において、前記張出し成形部(10)の幅狭側面(12)および幅広側面(13)に比べて薄化されており、
前記薄化された肉厚部が、前記角領域(11)を起点にして、前記幅狭側面(12)内および前記幅広側面(13)内へ延在しており、
前記幅狭側面(12)は、前記管(4)の方向に向けられた挿入補助具(14)を有し、前記幅広側面(13)は、前記管(4)の方向に向けられた挿入補助具(15)を有している、
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記張出し成形部(10)の前記角領域(11)における前記薄化された肉厚部が、前記管(4)の半径方向に延在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記角領域(11)の前記薄化された肉厚部が、前記張出し成形部(10)における前記幅狭側面(12)および/または前記幅広側面(13)のそれぞれの肉厚部に連続的に適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも前記張出し成形部(10)の前記幅広側面(13)において、前記幅広側面(13)内へ延在しながら連続的に増大する前記薄化された肉厚部を起点にして前記幅広側面(13)の所定の肉厚部へ急激な移行が行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記張出し成形部(10)の前記角領域(11)における前記薄化された肉厚部が0.1mm〜0.8mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記張出し成形部(10)の前記角領域(11)における前記薄化された肉厚部が前記管(4)の軸方向に延在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記張出し成形部(10)における前記薄化された肉厚部が、前記管(4)を起点にして前記収集タンク(2)の前記底部(3)の方向へ増大することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記張出し成形部(10)の高さが、前記張出し成形部の角領域(11)において一定であるように形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記張出し成形部(10)の高さが、前記張出し成形部の角領域(11)において、連続的に、前記幅広側面(13)の方向に増大することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
