Claims (17)
- 原水を処理するために設けられた処理装置と、
蒸気を生成するために設けられたボイラーと、
前記ボイラーから熱いブローダウン水を受け取るために前記ボイラーと流体連通するブローダウン水容器と、
前記処理装置から処理された流入水を受け取るために、流入水用導管を介して前記処理装置に流体連通される逆浸透装置と、を有し、
前記逆浸透装置は、前記逆浸透装置において生成した浸透水を前記ボイラーに供給するために、浸透水用導管を介して前記ボイラーに流体連通され、
前記逆浸透装置は、前記逆浸透装置において生成した濃縮液を濃縮液用導管を介して前記ブローダウン水容器に供給して、前記ブローダウン水容器において前記ボイラーから受け取った熱いブローダウン水を冷却するために、前記濃縮液用導管を介して前記ブローダウン水容器に流体連通される蒸気プラント。 - 前記逆浸透装置は、前記処理装置に前記濃縮液を供給するために、前記処理装置に流体連通される請求項1に記載の蒸気プラント。
- 前記処理装置は、少なくとも1つの軟化容器及びブラインタンクを含む軟化装置を有する請求項2に記載の蒸気プラント。
- 使用状態において、前記濃縮液は前記ブラインタンクに供給され、続いて少なくとも1つの前記軟化容器を再生するために用いられる請求項3に記載の蒸気プラント。
- 使用状態において、前記濃縮液は前記軟化容器を洗浄するために少なくとも1つの前記軟化容器に供給される請求項3または4に記載の蒸気プラント。
- 前記処理装置はフィルターを有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の蒸気プラント。
- 使用状態において、前記濃縮液は前記フィルターを洗浄するために前記フィルターに供給される請求項6に記載の蒸気プラント。
- 前記逆浸透装置から前記濃縮液を受け取って一時的に貯蔵するために配置された濃縮液貯蔵タンクをさらに有する請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の蒸気プラント。
- 処理された流入水を生成する処理装置に原水を供給する工程と、
浸透水及び濃縮液を生成する逆浸透装置に前記処理された流入水を供給する工程と、
ボイラーに前記浸透水を供給する工程と、
ブローダウン水容器において前記ボイラーから熱いブローダウン水を受け取る工程と、
前記ブローダウン水容器において前記ボイラーから受け取った熱いブローダウン水を冷却するために、前記逆浸透装置から前記ブローダウン水容器に前記濃縮液を供給する工程と、を有する蒸気プラントの操作方法。 - 前記処理装置に前記濃縮液を供給する工程をさらに有する請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記処理装置は、少なくとも1つの軟化容器及びブラインタンクを含む軟化装置を有する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮液は前記ブラインタンクに供給され、
前記ブラインタンクからの前記濃縮液を使用して少なくとも1つの前記軟化容器を再生する工程をさらに有する請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記濃縮液によって少なくとも1つの前記軟化容器を洗浄する工程をさらに有する請求項11または12に記載の方法。
- 前記処理装置はフィルターを有する請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮液によって前記フィルターを洗浄する工程をさらに有する請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記濃縮液を一時的に濃縮液貯蔵タンクに貯蔵し、続いて前記処理装置及び/または前記ブローダウン水容器に前記濃縮液を供給する工程をさらに有する請求項9〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 原水を処理するために設けられた処理装置と、
蒸気を生成するために設けられたボイラーと、
前記ボイラーから熱いブローダウン水を受け取るために前記ボイラーと流体連通するブローダウン水容器と、
流入水用導管を介して前記処理装置に、浸透水用導管を介して前記ボイラーに、それぞれ流体連通し、濃縮液出口が設けられた逆浸透装置と、を有する既存の蒸気プラントを改造する方法であって、
前記蒸気プラントの使用時において、前記逆浸透装置において生成した濃縮液を濃縮液用導管を介して前記ブローダウン水容器に供給して、前記ブローダウン水容器において前記ボイラーから受け取った熱いブローダウン水を冷却するために、前記逆浸透装置の前記濃縮液出口を前記ブローダウン水容器に前記濃縮液用導管を介して流体接続する方法。
