A feeling of coolness is felt for 0 to 5 minutes after application, then this refreshing feeling is weakened and a feeling of warmth is felt for 3 to 7 minutes after application, and then a feeling of warmth is felt continuously. The hair restorer composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8 , which is a warm hair restorer composition. The hair-growth composition according to any one of claims 1 to 9 , which is a hair-growth tonic for women, an essence for scalp, a hair-growth spray, or a hair-growth hair gel.
