Claims (3)
- 筒状体内に気液接触部を有し、最上部に液分配器を有し、前記気液接触部で下降液と上昇ガスとを接触させる充填塔において、運転圧力が200〜1500kPaGの範囲であり、相対揮発度が1.9〜3.1の範囲であり、前記気液接触部を上下方向に少なくとも2分割して複数個の気液接触部を形成するとともに、下部の気液接触部から上部の気液接触部に向かって上昇する上昇ガスの濃度を均一に分散させるガス分散器を上下の気液接触部の間の少なくとも1箇所に設け、
最も上部に位置する前記ガス分散器より上側の気液接触部の高さの合計が、全気液接触部の高さに対して0.7以上の高さに設定されていることを特徴とする充填塔。 - 前記下降液を再度分配させる中間部液分配器が少なくとも1器設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充填塔。
- 前記ガス分散器は、前記中間部液分配器と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の充填塔。
