Claims (14)
- オレフィンCH2=CHRの(共)重合用固体触媒成分であって、
Rは、1ないし12個の炭素原子を有するヒドロカルビルラジカルであり、必要に応じてエチレンと混合し、
前記固体触媒成分は、Ti、Mg、Zn、Cl及び電子供与体化合物を含み、50%以上のチタン原子が+4の原子価状態であり、Zn含有量は、前記固体触媒成分の総重量を基準にして0.2ないし3重量%の範囲である、固体触媒成分。 - Zn/Mgモル比が0.001ないし0.05の範囲である請求項1に記載の固体触媒成分。
- Ti含有量は1.1ないし2.5重量%の範囲である請求項1に記載の固体触媒成分。
- 電子供与体化合物は、エステル、エーテル、アミン、シラン、ケトンまたはこれらの混合物の中から選択される請求項1に記載の固体触媒成分。
- 電子供与体化合物は、置換されていてもよい芳香族モノカルボン酸または芳香族ポリカルボン酸アルキルエステル及びアリールエステル、マロン酸エステル、グルタル酸エステル、コハク酸エステル、マレイン酸エステル、及び下記式(II)の1,3−ジエーテルからなる群より選択され、
RVI及びRVIIは互いに同一または異なり、R−RVと同義であるが、但し、水素にはなり得ず、
1つ以上のR−RVII基は連結されて環を形成する請求項1に記載の固体触媒成分。 - 電子供与体化合物は、(S,S)、(R,R)または下記式(I)のコハク酸エステル塩のメソ形からなる群より選択され、
式(I)中、ラジカルR1及びR2は同一または異なり、それぞれC1−C20の直鎖または分岐鎖のアルキル基、アルケニル基、シクロアルキル基、アリール基、アリールアルキル基またはアルキルアリール基であり、必要に応じてヘテロ原子を含み、ラジカルR3及びR4は同一または異なり、それぞれC1−C20のアルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アリール基、アリールアルキル基またはアルキルアリール基であり、必要に応じてヘテロ原子を含み、但し、これらのうちの少なくとも1つは分岐鎖アルキルである請求項1に記載の固体触媒成分。 - 前記固体触媒成分中の電子供与体化合物の最終含有量は1ないし25重量%の範囲である請求項1に記載の固体触媒成分。
- 前記Zn原子は、亜鉛−炭素結合を有していない1種以上のZn化合物に由来する請求項1に記載の固体触媒成分。
- 前記Zn化合物は、ハロゲン化亜鉛、炭酸亜鉛、酢酸亜鉛、硝酸亜鉛、酸化亜鉛、硫酸亜鉛、硫化亜鉛の中から選択され、ハロゲン化亜鉛の中では二塩化亜鉛及び臭化亜鉛が最も好ましい請求項1に記載の固体触媒成分。
- 前記Zn化合物は、酸化亜鉛及び二塩化亜鉛の中から選択される請求項9に記載の固体触媒成分。
- オレフィンCH2=CHRの重合用触媒であって、
Rは、1ないし12個の炭素原子を有するヒドロカルビルラジカルであり、必要に応じてエチレンと混合し、
前記触媒は、
(i)請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の固体触媒成分、及び(ii)アルキルアルミニウム化合物を、
必要に応じて、(iii)外部電子供与体化合物と接触させて得られる生成物を含む、触媒。 - 前記(ii)アルキルアルミニウム化合物はトリアルキルアルミニウム化合物類の中から選択される請求項11に記載の触媒。
- 前記外部供与体化合物は、式(R6)a(R7)bSi(OR8)cのケイ素化合物の中から選択され、式中、a及びbは0ないし2の整数であり、cは1ないし4の整数であり、(a+b+c)の和は4であり、R6、R7及びR8は1ないし18個の炭素原子を有し、必要に応じてヘテロ原子を含有するアルキルラジカル、シクロアルキルラジカルまたはアリールラジカルである請求項11に記載の触媒。
- オレフィンCH2=CHRの(共)重合工程であって、
Rは、水素または1ないし12個の炭素原子を有するヒドロカルビルラジカルであり、 上記工程は請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の触媒の存在下で行われる、工程。
