Claims (13)
- 部品を評価する方法であって、
(a)前記部品の危険状態ランクモデル(DRM)(202)を表すデータを取得するステップと、
(b)前記部品に対するDRM値を確認するステップと、
(c)前記部品に対する累積損傷モデル(CDM)(302)を表すデータを取得するステップと、
(d)前記部品に対するCDM値を確認するステップと、
(e)前記DRM値が少なくとも1つの所定のDRM閾値(426)以上であるかを判断するステップと、
(f)前記CDM値が少なくとも1つの所定のCDM閾値(424)以上であるかを判断するステップと、
(g)前記DRM値または前記CDM値が前記少なくとも1つの各閾値以上である場合に、前記部品に関連する動作を生成するステップと、
(h)複数の部品についてステップ(a)〜(g)を繰り返すステップと、
(g)DRM値とCDM値の散布図に各部品を示すステップと、
により特徴づけられる、方法。 - 前期部品が航空機部品であり、
前記生成された動作が、通知、検査、注意、交換、または修理の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記DRM値および前記CDM値の両方が、前記少なくとも1つの各閾値以上である場合、前記生成された動作の緊急度を上げる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記DRM値および前記CDM値の両方が、前記少なくとも1つの各閾値以上である場合、前記部品の修理または交換を要求し、
前期部品が前記少なくとも1つの各閾値以下である場合、メンテナンス動作までのサイクル数を推定し、推定による通知を発行する、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記DRM値を確認するステップが、前記部品の観測に少なくとも部分的に基づく、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記観測が、前記部品の目視検査、写真、ラジオメトリック、または他の観察の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記観測が、少なくとも1つの環境測定値を含む、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記観測が、少なくとも1つの、測定されていないが、推定された測定値を含む、請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記CDM値を確認するステップが、前記部品と関連付けられた、物理パラメータの測定、または有限要素解析、または予測アルゴリズムの少なくとも一部に基づく、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記物理パラメータが、温度、圧力、時間、サイクル、気象、および環境データの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記DRM(202)および前記CDM(302)を改善することができるフィードバック(534)を生成および監視するステップをさらに備える、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記散布図に複数のDRM閾値と複数のCDM閾値が表示され、
前記部品が、前記DRM値および前記CDM値の両方に基づいて、修理または交換を必要とする場合を予測するステップをさらに備える、請求項1乃至11のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記DRM(202)が、回帰モデルを含む、請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の方法。
