Description
Claims (15)
- 流体レギュレータに用いられるボンネットであって、
前記流体レギュレータの負荷アセンブリを受容する空洞と、前記空洞の長手方向軸と同軸に配設された開口部と、を有する本体と、
前記空洞内に配置される支持構造とを備え、
前記支持構造は、前記本体の前記開口部と同軸に配設されるハブと、複数の壁部またはリブを含み、各壁部または各リブはL字状の断面を有するとともに、前記本体の内面に係合する曲線状端部を有し、前記複数の壁部またはリブは、前記本体の衝撃靱性または強度を高めるように前記ハブと前記本体の内面との間の前記空洞にわたって延び、
前記ボンネットは、
前記本体に形成され、前記複数の壁部またはリブ間に位置し、前記空洞を外部の雰囲気と連通させる一または複数の通気孔を備える、ボンネット。 - 前記壁部またはリブは、前記本体の第1の端部に近接して設けられる、請求項1に記載のボンネット。
- 前記壁部またはリブは、前記空洞の前記長手方向軸に対し、径方向に間隔を空けて配置される、請求項1に記載のボンネット。
- 前記本体は逃がしをさらに含み、前記逃がしは、前記本体の第2の端部に近接する前記空洞の内面の内側に形成される、請求項1に記載のボンネット。
- 前記逃がしは、丸みのついた曲線状の表面を含む、請求項4に記載のボンネット。
- 前記支持構造および前記逃がしは、鋳造により前記ボンネット本体と一体的に形成される、請求項4に記載のボンネット。
- 流体レギュレータに用いられるボンネットであって、
前記流体レギュレータの負荷アセンブリを受容するための空洞を画定する本体であって、前記本体が、前記空洞の長手方向軸と同軸に配設された開口部を備え、前記空洞の開口部に近接する段付き本体部を画定するように構成された本体と、
前記空洞内に配置される支持構造と、
前記段付き本体部に近接する前記空洞の内面の内側に形成された逃がしとを備え、
前記支持構造は、前記本体の前記開口部と同軸に配設されるハブと、複数の壁部またはリブを含み、前記複数の壁部またはリブは、前記本体の衝撃靱性または強度を高めるように前記ハブと前記本体の内面との間の前記空洞にわたって延び、
前記ボンネットは、
前記本体に形成され、前記複数の壁部またはリブ間に位置し、前記空洞を外部の雰囲気と連通させる一または複数の通気孔を備える、ボンネット。 - 前記逃がしは、ダイヤフラムインターフェースに近接する前記ボンネットの比較的高応力の領域に沿った局所的応力に影響を与える、請求項7に記載のボンネット。
- 前記逃がしは、弓形の断面形状を有する環状の逃がしを含む、請求項7に記載のボンネット。
- フランジ、ボス部および本体を有するボンネットであって、前記本体は、前記フランジおよび前記ボス部を接合して、負荷アセンブリを受容する空洞を画定し、前記フランジは、前記本体の第1の端部に近接し、前記ボンネットを前記流体レギュレータの弁本体に接続し、前記ボス部は、前記本体の第2の端部に近接し、前記負荷アセンブリの調節要素を受容するために前記空洞の長手方向軸と同軸に配設された開口部を有する、ボンネットと、
前記本体の前記第2の端部に近接する前記空洞内に配置された複数の支持構造であって、前記支持構造は、前記開口部と同軸に配設されるハブと前記空洞の内面との間の前記空洞にわたって外側方向に延び、各支持構造は、L字状の断面を有するとともに、前記本体の内側側面に係合する曲線状端部を有する、支持構造と、
前記フランジと前記本体との間の前記本体の前記第1の端部に近接する前記空洞の内面の内側に形成された逃がしと、
前記本体に形成され、前記複数の支持構造間に位置し、前記空洞を外部の雰囲気と連通させる一または複数の通気孔と
を含む、流体レギュレータ。 - ダイヤフラム支持プレートをさらに含み、前記ダイヤフラム支持プレートは、前記流体レギュレータの不具合状態時において座屈状態になるかまたは粉砕されることにより、前記流体レギュレータの感知チャンバを前記空洞を介して前記通気孔と流体接続させるように構成される、請求項10に記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 前記支持構造は、前記空洞の長手方向軸および前記通気孔に対し、径方向に間隔を空けて配置される、請求項10に記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 前記支持構造はウェビングを含み、前記ウェビングは、複数の径方向に間隔を空けて配置されたリブを含み、前記リブは、前記ハブと一体的に形成された第1の端部と、前記空洞の内側側面と一体的に形成された第2の端部とを含む、請求項10に記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 前記逃がしは、鋳造により前記ボンネットと一体的に形成された環状の曲面を含む、請求項10に記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 前記曲面は、半円形の断面形状を含む、請求項14に記載の流体レギュレータ。
