Abstract
Description
先ず、本発明の一態様の内視鏡について図面に基づいて以下に説明する。
なお、図1は、内視鏡の外観構成を示す正面図、図2は内視鏡の操作部の外観構成を示す右側面図、図3は湾曲操作レバー部の構成を示す部分断面図、図4はリークテスト時に陽圧が付与された状態の湾曲操作レバー部の構成を示す部分断面図である。
操作部本体14の背面側に設けられる湾曲操作レバー部30は、例えば、上下左右方向を含む全方向に傾動可能な所謂ジョイスティック型のレバーによって構成されている。
図5は、第1の変形例の湾曲操作レバー部の構成を示す斜視図である。
図5に示すように、湾曲操作レバー部30は、操作軸32にL字状の溝部であるロック溝32bを形成し、このロック溝32bに係入するロックピン36bを指当て部31に水密ホルダ部36を介して接続される摺動体37に設けられている。
図6は、第2の変形例の湾曲操作レバー部の構成を示す部分断面図、図7は湾曲操作レバー部の構成を示す分解斜視図である。なお、ここでの湾曲操作レバー部30を説明する図面には、外装カバー33を図示しないで省略している。
図8は、第3の変形例の内視鏡の操作部の外観構成を示す右側面図、図9はロックレバーによって摺動体をロック/解除する構造を示す概念図である。
図10は、第4の変形例のロックレバーによって摺動体をロック/解除する構造を示す斜視図である。なお、本変形例では、第3の変形例のロックレバー39の回動操作によって摺動体37をロック/解除する別の構成について例示する。
Claims (4)
- 湾曲部を有する挿入部の基端側に設けられた操作部と、
前記操作部に設けられ、操作軸を有して傾倒動作に連動させて前記湾曲部の湾曲角度を調整可能な操作レバー部と、
前記操作軸の軸方向に進退自在に配設された摺動体と、
前記摺動体および前記操作軸の外周を覆うように前記操作部に水密固定され、前記操作部の内部圧力の変動により変形可能である柔軟な外装カバーと、
前記操作部の内部圧力が除圧されたときに、前記摺動体を前記操作部側に復帰させる復帰部材と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 前記摺動体が前記操作軸に進退自在に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記復帰部材が前記摺動体に一端が接続された引張バネであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記摺動体の進退移動を規制して、前記摺動体が前記操作部側に移動した状態を固定するロック機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡。
