なお、図1は、内視鏡の外観構成を示す正面図、図2は内視鏡の外観構成を示す背面図、図3は内視鏡の外観構成を示す上面図、図4は内視鏡の外観構成を示す下面図、図5は内視鏡の外観構成を示す右側面図、図6は湾曲部が略直線状態における操作部本体に設けられる湾曲操作レバーと吸引ボタンの配置を説明するための内視鏡の右側面図、図7は湾曲部が上方に湾曲された状態における操作部本体に設けられる湾曲操作レバーと吸引ボタンの配置を説明するための内視鏡の右側面図、図8は湾曲部が下方に湾曲された状態における操作部本体に設けられる湾曲操作レバーと吸引ボタンの配置を説明するための内視鏡の右側面図、図9は第1の変形例の操作部の右側面図、図10は第2の変形例の操作部の右側面図である。
図3および図4に示すように、操作ボタン類20は、例えば、操作部本体14に着脱自在に装着された例えば、ディスポーザブルの吸引バルブ22と、内視鏡1に関する各種機能の中から任意の機能、例えば、レリーズボタンなどを選択的に割り当てることが可能な2つのボタンスイッチ23と、を有して構成されている。
図6に示すように、湾曲操作レバー21のレバー軸体27は、中心軸Aを有している。
内視鏡1は、図9に示すように、吸引ボタン24の押し込み方向の操作軸Bを操作部3の把持部13において、湾曲操作レバー21が操作部本体14に設けられている側である背面に対して略直角π/2とすることで、吸引ボタン24を押し込む押圧力である応力F2が把持部13を握る操作者の掌によって抑えられる。
内視鏡1は、図10に示すように、把持部13に連設される操作部本体14の前面側に操作ボタン類20が設けられる凸部分の先端側となる下端側に平面部19が形成されており、湾曲操作レバー21のレバー軸体27の中心軸Aに対して仮想線Cで示す平面部19のなす角γが90°を含み、90°よりも大きな鈍角に設定されている。
Claims (4)
- 内視鏡の湾曲部を有する挿入部に連設された把持部と、
前記把持部に連設された操作部本体と、
前記操作部本体の背面側に設けられ、レバー軸体を有して前記湾曲部を湾曲操作するジョイスティック型の湾曲操作レバーと、
前記レバー軸体の中心軸に対して押し込み操作方向の操作軸のなす角が鈍角であって、前記中心軸と前記操作軸の交点が前記操作部本体内に位置するように前記操作部本体の正面側に設けられた吸引ボタンと、
前記操作部本体の前記吸引ボタンが設けられた正面側に前記把持部と連設するように設けられ、前記レバー軸体の前記中心軸とのなす角が90°以上に設定され、前記中心軸との交点が表面に位置するように形成された平面部と、
を具備することを特徴とする内視鏡操作部。 - 少なくとも前記湾曲部が非操作時の略直線状態および上方への湾曲状態において、前記中心軸に対する前記操作軸のなす角が鈍角であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡操作部。
- 前記操作軸が前記把持部の背面に対して略直角であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内視鏡操作部。
- 請求項1に記載の前記内視鏡操作部を備えたことを特徴とする内視鏡。
