Description
The present invention relates to a demister unit that removes mist from exhaust gas, and an EGR system to which the demister unit is applied.
Since the exhaust gas discharged from the boiler via the wet exhaust gas treatment device contains mist, it is necessary to remove the mist contained in this exhaust gas. There exists a demister unit as what removes the mist contained in waste gas, for example, there is what was indicated in the following patent documents. In the demister unit described in Patent Document 1, a baffle plate is disposed so as to face the inlet in the casing, thereby forming a bent upstream flow path and providing a demister main body on the downstream side thereof. Is.
The demister unit removes the mist contained in the exhaust gas by allowing the exhaust gas to pass through the inside. If the flow rate of the exhaust gas passing through the demister body is too high, the mist removal performance is degraded. Therefore, in order to improve the mist removal performance, it is effective to reduce the flow rate of the exhaust gas passing through the demister body by increasing the flow path length of the demister body. However, if the flow path length of the demister main body is increased, the demister main body becomes larger, leading to an increase in size of the demister unit itself. When the demister unit is increased in size, there is a problem that the installation position of the demister unit is restricted and the demister unit cannot be installed at a desired position.
The present invention solves the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a demister unit and an EGR system that improve the mist removal performance and suppress the enlargement of the apparatus.
In order to achieve the above object, a demister unit according to the present invention includes a casing having a hollow shape and having a fluid inlet portion and an outlet portion, and a bent flow by being disposed opposite to the inlet portion in the casing. A baffle plate that forms a path, and a demister body that is disposed downstream of the bent flow path in the flow direction of the fluid in the casing and removes mist from the fluid. It is arranged to be shifted from the middle position in the direction to one side in the horizontal direction.
Therefore, the fluid introduced into the casing from the inlet portion collides with the baffle plate, so that the contained mist becomes droplets and adheres to the baffle plate and flows down. The fluid from which a part of the mist is removed flows through the bent flow path, so that the mist is further removed by centrifugal force, and finally the remaining mist is removed by the demister body. Here, since the inlet portion of the fluid is shifted to one side in the horizontal direction in the casing, the fluid introduced into the casing from the inlet portion flows to the other side in the horizontal direction by colliding with the baffle plate, After flowing through the bent flow path, it turns horizontally and reaches the demister body. As a result, the flow path of the fluid becomes longer and the flow velocity is lowered, so that the mist removal performance can be improved and the enlargement of the apparatus can be suppressed.
In the demister unit of the present invention, the inlet portion is disposed on one side in the horizontal direction from the horizontal intermediate position in the casing and is shifted by a half or more of the horizontal opening length in the inlet portion. It is a feature.
Therefore, by disposing the fluid inlet portion more than an appropriate amount on one side in the horizontal direction, the fluid after colliding with the baffle plate can be properly swirled horizontally, and the fluid flow path can be lengthened. The flow rate can be reduced.
In the demister unit of the present invention, the baffle plate is provided so as to be suspended from the ceiling of the casing, so that a passage opening is provided below, and the demister main body is located above the ceiling from the passage opening in the casing. By being fixed on the demister support plate fixed to the side, a bypass flow path is provided between the bottom of the casing and the demister support plate so as to communicate with the passage opening and turn the fluid horizontally. It is characterized by.
Accordingly, by providing a bypass channel that communicates with the passage opening between the bottom of the casing and the demister support plate and horizontally rotates the fluid, the fluid can be appropriately horizontally rotated in the bypass channel, The flow path can be lengthened to reduce the fluid flow rate.
In the demister unit of the present invention, a perforated plate is disposed at a predetermined distance from the bottom of the casing in the passage opening, and the perforated plate is provided up to a midway portion in the fluid flow direction.
Accordingly, by providing the perforated plate up to a middle portion in the fluid flow direction, the space portion on the downstream side of the fluid can be enlarged, and the flow path of the fluid can be lengthened to decrease the flow velocity.
The demister unit according to the present invention is characterized in that a receiving member is provided for receiving a droplet generated by a fluid colliding with the baffle plate.
Therefore, when the fluid introduced into the casing from the inlet portion collides with the baffle plate, the contained mist forms droplets and adheres to the baffle plate, and flows down the flat portion of the baffle plate by its own weight, and the receiving member To be accepted. Therefore, the fluid flowing in the bent flow path does not take in the droplets again as mist, and the mist removal efficiency can be improved by suppressing reuptake of the mist removed from the fluid into the fluid.
Further, the EGR system of the present invention provides a liquid to the exhaust gas recirculation line for recirculating a part of the exhaust gas discharged from the engine to the engine as a combustion gas, and the combustion gas flowing through the exhaust gas recirculation line. It comprises a scrubber to be injected and the demister unit into which the combustion gas discharged from the scrubber is introduced.
Therefore, when a part of the exhaust gas discharged from the engine passes through the exhaust gas recirculation line, the scrubber ejects liquid to the combustion gas flowing through the exhaust gas recirculation line, thereby removing harmful substances. After the mist contained by the demister unit is removed, the mist is supplied to the engine. In the demister unit, the fluid inlet portion is disposed so as to be shifted to one side in the horizontal direction in the casing, so that the fluid introduced into the casing from the inlet portion collides with the baffle plate to cause the other side in the horizontal direction to After flowing through the bent flow path, it horizontally swivels before reaching the demister body. As a result, the flow path of the fluid becomes longer and the flow velocity is lowered, so that the mist removal performance can be improved and the enlargement of the apparatus can be suppressed.
According to the demister unit and the EGR system of the present invention, it is possible to improve the mist removal performance and to suppress the enlargement of the apparatus.

Hereinafter, the above-described
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the
The
Here, the

In the present embodiment, the distance from the
Further, the
The
The
The demister
The
The receiving
In the above description, the receiving
Further, the
Hereinafter, the operation of the EGR system of this embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, when combustion air is supplied from the scavenging
On the other hand, when the
The exhaust gas from which harmful substances have been removed by the
Here, processing by the
On the other hand, the exhaust gas from which a part of the mist has been removed becomes a downward flow by the
Further, the exhaust gas flows into the
Thereafter, when the exhaust gas passes through the
Thus, in the demister unit of the present embodiment, the
Accordingly, the fluid introduced from the
In the demister unit of the present embodiment, the
In the demister unit of the present embodiment, the
In the demister unit of the present embodiment, the
In the demister unit of the present embodiment, a receiving
