Claims (9)
- 一個のシェルモールド(1)を準備し、上記シェルモールド(1)の内部に一個のキャビティー(11)を形成させ、かつ一個の機能部材(2)は一個の殻嵌入部(21)によって上記シェルモールド(1)と嵌合し、上記機能部材(2)は上記殻嵌入部(21)と連接する一個の鋳包み部(22)を有し、上記鋳包み部(22)は上記キャビティー(11)の中に位置する段階と、
上記キャビティー(11)に金属液体(L)を満杯になるように充填させることにより、上記金属液体(L)によって上記機能部材(2)の鋳包み部(22)を被覆する段階と、
上記キャビティー(11)の中の金属液体(L)が完全に凝固した後、上記シェルモールド(1)を破壊して一個の鋳物を取得し、上記鋳物は一個のゴルフクラブヘッドの鋳造部材(W)を含み、上記ゴルフクラブヘッドの鋳造部材(W)を上記鋳物から分離させることにより、一個のゴルフクラブヘッドの半製品(3)を獲得し、上記ゴルフクラブヘッドの半製品(3)は一個の異材(31)と上記異材(31)を被覆する一個の鋳造材(32)を有し、上記異材(31)は上記機能部材(2)である段階と、
上記ゴルフクラブヘッドの半製品(3)の鋳造材(32)を鍛圧することにより、上記鋳造材(32)は上記異材(31)と緊密に結合する段階と
を含むことを特徴とする異材鋳包み鍛圧型のゴルフクラブヘッドの製造方法。 - 上記ゴルフクラブヘッドの鋳造部材(W)を上記鋳物から分離させた後、上記ゴルフクラブヘッドの鋳造部材(W)の外表面を修整研磨し、上記機能部材(2)の局部を除去することにより、上記ゴルフクラブヘッドの半製品(3)を獲得し、かつ上記異材(31)は上記機能部材(2)の剰余の部位であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の異材鋳包み鍛圧型のゴルフクラブヘッドの製造方法。
- 上記ゴルフクラブヘッドの鋳造部材(W)の外表面を修整研磨する時、上記機能部材(2)の殻嵌入部(21)を完全に除去することにより、上記異材(31)は上記ゴルフクラブヘッドの半製品(3)の外表面から突出しないように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の異材鋳包み鍛圧型のゴルフクラブヘッドの製造方法。
- 上記ゴルフクラブヘッドの鋳造部材(W)の外表面を修整研磨する時、上記機能部材(2)の殻嵌入部(21)の内の一部分を除去することにより、上記異材(31)の局部は上記ゴルフクラブヘッドの半製品(3)の外表面から突出するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の異材鋳包み鍛圧型のゴルフクラブヘッドの製造方法。
- 上記機能部材(2)の殻嵌入部(21)には一個の係止部(211)が設けられ、上記係止部(211)の最大断面幅は上記殻嵌入部(21)が上記鋳包み部(22)と連接する部位の断面の幅より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の異材鋳包み鍛圧型のゴルフクラブヘッドの製造方法。
- 先に上記機能部材(2)の外表面に一個の抗酸化層(23)を形成し、上記抗酸化層(23)は少なくとも上記機能部材(2)の鋳包み部(22)を被覆するように形成させ、それから上記シェルモールド(1)を準備し、上記抗酸化層(23)を有する上記機能部材(2)は上記殻嵌入部(21)によって上記シェルモールド(1)と嵌合することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の異材鋳包み鍛圧型のゴルフクラブヘッドの製造方法。
- 上記機能部材(2)の外表面に抗酸化剤を塗布し、さらに上記抗酸化層(23)が乾燥した後に上記抗酸化層(23)を形成することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の異材鋳包み鍛圧型のゴルフクラブヘッドの製造方法。
- 上記機能部材(2)に対して浸炭処理を行なうことにより、上記機能部材(2)は外表面から内部に向かって一個の炭化層が形成され、上記抗酸化層(23)を形成することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の異材鋳包み鍛圧型のゴルフクラブヘッドの製造方法。
- 大気プラズマ溶射法を通じて上記機能部材(2)の外表面に厚さが0.05mm〜5mmのイットリア部分安定化ジルコニアをスプレー塗装し、さらにYAGレーザー表面熱処理法を合わせて利用して上記機能部材(2)の外表面にスプレー塗装されたイットリア部分安定化ジルコニアを再溶解し、それから急速な冷却凝固を行なってから、上記抗酸化層(23)を形成することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の異材鋳包み鍛圧型のゴルフクラブヘッドの製造方法。
