Description
Claims (13)
- 内部ダクトを画定する本体を有すると共にフラップ(10)を備えたエンジン制御バルブであって、そのフラップ(10)は、当該フラップ(10)のピン(13)によって枢動自在に取り付けられており、前記フラップ(10)は、第1部分(14)を備えると共に、前記ダクト内へのガスの通過を許容する開放位置と、閉鎖位置との間で枢動できるようになっており、その閉鎖位置において前記フラップ(10)は、当該バルブの前記本体における2つの要素同士の間に挿入されたシール(1)、特に平坦なシールと接触し、前記シール(1)は、前記フラップ(10)の外側輪郭を外部から取り囲む外側輪郭を有し、前記シール(1)は、開口(6)と連続部分(3)とを備え、前記第1部分(14)は、前記フラップ(10)が閉鎖位置にあるときに前記シール(1)の前記開口(6)を密封し、
前記シール(1)は、前記連続部分(3)の周辺区域(2)に形成されて前記開口(6)と連通する少なくとも1つのスロット(7)を備え、前記スロット(7)は、前記内部ダクトの外側に配置された部分を備えている、バルブ。 - 前記スロット(7)は、前記連続部分(3)の前記周辺区域(2)の外側を画定する周縁部に沿って伸びている、請求項1記載のバルブ。
- 互いに平行な2つのスロット(7)であって、それぞれが前記連続部分(3)の周辺区域(2)内へと伸びると共に、それぞれが前記開口(6)と連通するスロット(7)を備えた、請求項1または2記載のバルブ。
- 各スロット(7)は、前記開口(6)と前記連続部分(3)とを仕切る軸線(25)に沿って見たときの前記開口(6)の端部と連通しており、各スロット(7)は前記仕切る軸線(25)に垂直に伸びている、請求項2または3記載のバルブ。
- 各スロット(7)は、0.2mmから0.8mmの範囲に及ぶ幅を有している、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 各スロット(7)は、0.5mmの幅を有している、請求項4記載のバルブ。
- 前記シール(100)は、その全表面に渡って完全に平坦である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 前記スロット(7)のそれぞれを覆う2つの連結シール(11,12)同士の間に前記シール(100)が挿入され、前記連結シール(11,12)のそれぞれが前記本体の要素と接触している、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
- 各連結シール(11,12)に周辺リップ(20,23)が設けられている、請求項8記載のバルブ。
- 各連結シール(11,12)が開口(19,22)を有し、それらの開口(19,22)の寸法が、前記シール(100)の前記開口(6)の寸法よりも大きい、請求項8または9記載のバルブ。
- 前記フラップ(10)は、当該フラップ(10)の前記ピン(13)によって前記第1部分(14)から仕切られた第2部分(15)を備え、前記第2部分(15)は、前記フラップが閉鎖位置にあるときに前記連続部分(3)と面一になっている、請求項1記載のバルブ。
- 前記フラップ(10)は、前記第2部分(15)と前記枢軸ピン(13)との間に設置された丸い隆起部分(17)を備え、前記隆起部分(17)は、前記フラップ(10)が開放位置から閉鎖位置の間で、または閉鎖位置から開放位置の間で枢動するときに前記シール(100)の前記連続部分(3)と接触したままであるように位置が定められている、請求項11記載のバルブ。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のエンジン制御バルブに使用するためのシール(100)。
