所述密封件2包括平面区8,回到图3,可看到所述平面区具有表面9和/或相反表面11,当瓣片处于关闭位置时,所述关闭翼3经由其一个面10承靠所述表面9,所述表面9设计为平的,称为关闭翼的支承面,瓣片的另一翼4经由其一个面12承靠所述表面11,所述表面11设计为平的,称为另一翼的支承面。用于流体通过并设置在密封件2中的所述开口5定位在所述平面区8的区域中。密封因此在所述一个翼或多个翼的区域中通过面对面的接触被提供。
密封件2的所述不通区36可以还位于所述密封件2的所述平面区8的区域中,所述密封件中的开口5形成在该区域中。所述盘状部61的底部65和所述不通区36例如设置为平行于彼此。
瓣片的关闭翼的所述支承表面10和另一翼的支承表面12例如在两个平行的平面中延伸,所述两个平行的平面彼此间隔开,例如通过与在所述平面区8中的密封件的厚度对应的尺寸间隔开。因此可以确保平面对平面类型的接触。
关闭翼3在与其支承表面10相反的侧具有表面13,而另一翼4在与其支承表面12相反的侧具有表面14。这两个相反面13、14例如是平的,且中间区6在关闭翼3的支承表面10和另一翼4的所述相反面14之间具有倾斜平坦部15。这鼓励流体在瓣片的表面处的流动。
阀还可以包括瓣片1的铰接轴线16,所述铰接轴线16设置为相对于所述瓣片1偏心并例如定位在瓣片的中间区6附近。
所述密封件2沿密封件的开口部分5具有突起19,所述突起设置为当瓣片处于关闭位置时面向瓣片的另一翼4。所述突起配置为当瓣片处于关闭位置时被瓣片的所述另一翼4挤压。这进一步改进了密封。
瓣片1具有,例如,用于枢转轴21的壳体20。特别地,这是绕铰接轴线16的可旋转铰接件,该旋转如图3中通过附图标记为22的箭头所示。所述壳体位于例如瓣片的延伸部23中,特别地,所述延伸部23位于中间区6中。在这样的实施例中,所述延伸部23从与瓣片的关闭翼的支承面10相反的那侧的面13和从另一翼4的支承面12延伸。
壳体20在该情况下是穿通壳体,并且轴21在壳体20的两侧露出。轴21以本身已知的方式连接至延伸部23。
其关闭翼3、另一翼4、中间区6和延伸部23形成,例如,单个部件,特别地形成铸件。
瓣片的容置其枢转轴21的所述延伸部23定位为使得关闭通过密封件2的不通区36和盘状部61限定的容积,即,使得关闭所述流体间隙61。为了该目的,所述本体30例如在部分30b的限定副管道32的区域中具有用于瓣片的枢转轴21的壳体64。
如图4中所示,沿瓣片的铰接轴线的方向,所述关闭翼具有在任一侧延伸的尺寸y,至少在所述中间区和所述关闭翼之间的连接区的区域中,所述尺寸y超过中间区6延伸的尺寸y'。关闭翼3的支承表面10可以因此在所述密封件的一侧具有与密封件2接触的接触区17,为环的成角度部分的形式,在密封件中的开口5的周边的第一部分上,另一翼4的支承表面12在密封件的另一侧在密封件中的开口5的周边的互补部分上具有接触区18。
由关闭翼3提供的接触区17例如还在区7、7'的区域中与中间区6一致地延伸。这于是加强了密封,且可以具有不与密封件中的开口5的轮廓齐平的中间区6。
瓣片中的开口5具有大致矩形的轮廓,如关闭翼3那样。另外,所述关闭翼3的接触区17沿所述开口的三侧延伸。至于接触区18,其沿最后一侧延伸。所述中间区6设置为在所述开口5的两个相对侧的一部分上面向所述开口5的轮廓。所述另一翼4本身可以也为矩形。
密封件2具有,例如,周边部分39,且所述平面区8定位为从周边部分回退。这样的密封件例如通过冲压获得。所述周边部分39可以具有延伸部40,所述延伸部40形成用于将其附连到本体30的凸缘。

Claims (7)

1.一种流体循环阀,包括本体(30),所述本体(30)限定出用于流体流的主管道(31)和副管道(32),所述副管道(32)通到所述主管道(31)中,所述流体循环阀还包括:瓣片(1),其能够在称为关闭位置的位置和称为打开位置的位置之间运动,在所述关闭位置,所述瓣片阻止两个管道(31、32)之间的连通,在所述打开位置,所述瓣片允许所述管道(31、32)之间的连通;和密封件(2),当瓣片(1)处于关闭位置时,所述瓣片承靠所述密封件(2);所述本体(30)包括用于瓣片(1)的促动马达的壳体(37),所述本体(30)配置为在所述密封件(2)和所述壳体(37)之间限定出流体间隙(38),
所述密封件(2)具有用于流体从一个管道通到另一个管道的开口(5),以及瓣片设置有第一翼(3)和第二翼(4),所述第一翼(3)称为关闭翼,使得可以当瓣片(1)处于关闭位置时关闭所述开口(5),所述第二翼(4)称为另一翼,使得可以当瓣片(1)处于打开位置时至少部分地关闭所述主管道(31),当瓣片(1)处于关闭位置时,所述翼的所述关闭翼(3)和所述另一翼(4)设置在密封件(2)的每一侧,所述瓣片包括中间区(6),连接所述第一翼(3)和所述第二翼(4),该中间区(6)在密封件中的所述开口(5)的轮廓的区(7、7')的区域中通过密封件(2)中的所述开口(5),
所述密封件(2)具有不通区(36),所述不通区(36)定位为当瓣片(1)处于关闭位置时面向所述另一翼(4),所述密封件中的开口(5)被设置为仅在此时关闭翼(3)的区域中,
所述流体间隙(38)设置在所述本体(30)和密封件的所述不通区(36)之间。
