Description
−ボディは、シールとハウジングとの間に皿状部を画定し、かつハウジングとこの皿状部の平らになっている底面との間に壁を備えている。
−シールは、流体が一方の流路から他方の流路へ通過するための開口部を有し、フラップは、第1の羽根および第2の羽根を備えており、閉鎖羽根と呼ぶ第1の羽根は、フラップが閉位置にあるとき、開口部を閉じることができ、他方の羽根と呼ぶ第2の羽根は、フラップが開位置にあるとき、第1の流路を少なくとも部分的に閉じることができる。
−シールは、フラップが閉位置にあるとき、他方の羽根に面する位置にある無開口域を有している。
−流体間隙は、シールの無開口域と本体との間に設けられている。
−シールおよび皿状部の底面は、互いに平行に設けられている。
−ボディは、互いに固定されている2つの個別の部品を備え、それぞれの部品は、流路の1つを画定し、流体が一方の流路から他方の流路へ通過するための開口を画定するために、互いに位置が合うようになっている開口を有している。シールの開口部は、この開口の領域に位置している。
−皿状部は、補助流路を画定している部品によって画定されている。
−補助流路を画定している部品はまた、モータ用のハウジングも画定している。
−フラップが閉位置にあるとき、閉鎖羽根と他方の羽根は、シールのそれぞれの側に配置され、フラップは、中間域を備え、この中間域は、第1の羽根と第2の羽根を連結しているとともに、シールの開口部を通過する。
−シールは、平面域を備え、この平面域は、フラップが閉位置にあるとき、フラップの閉鎖羽根の面の中の、平面になっており、閉鎖羽根の接触面と呼ぶ1つの面によって、閉鎖羽根が接触しに来る面と、他方の羽根の面の中の、平面になっており、他方の羽根の接触面と呼ぶ1つの面によって、他方の羽根が接触しに来る反対側の面とを備えている。シールに設けられている流体通過用の開口部は、平面域の領域に位置している。
−フラップの閉鎖羽根の接触面および他方の羽根の接触面は、互いに離れている2つの平行面に延びている。
−これらの平行面は、平面域におけるシールの厚さに相当する寸法だけ離れている。
−フラップの他方の羽根は、その平らな接触面の反対側の面を有し、中間域は、閉鎖羽根の接触面とこの反対側の面との間に傾斜面を有している。
−弁は、フラップの中間域の近くに、フラップ連結軸の方向にフラップの中心から外れて設けられているフラップ連結軸を備えている。閉鎖羽根は、フラップの連結軸の方向に、中間域が延びている寸法を超えて、少なくとも中間域と閉鎖羽根との間の連結域の領域において、両側に延びている寸法を有している。

Claims (10)
- 自動車エンジンの排気ガス用の流体循環弁であって、
流体を流す主流路(31)と、この主流路(31)に開口しており、流体を流す補助流路(32)とを有するボディ(30)を備え、
また、前記2つの流路(31、32)間の連通を阻止する閉位置と呼ぶ位置と、前記流路(31、32)間の連通を可能にする開位置と呼ぶ位置との間を動くことができるフラップ(1)と、前記フラップ(1)が閉位置にあるとき、このフラップ(1)が接触するシール(2)も備え、
前記ボディ(30)は、前記フラップ(1)の作動モータ用のハウジング(37)を備え、
前記ボディ(30)は、前記シール(2)とハウジング(37)との間に流体間隙(38)を画定するようになっていることを特徴とする弁。 - 前記ボディ(30)は、前記シール(2)と前記ハウジング(37)との間に皿状部(61)を画定しており、かつ前記ハウジングと前記皿状部(61)の平らになっている底面(65)との間に壁(62)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記シール(2)は、流体が一方の流路から他方の流路へ通過するための開口部(5)を有し、前記フラップは、第1の羽根(3)および第2の羽根(4)を備えており、閉鎖羽根である前記第1の羽根(3)は、前記フラップ(1)が閉位置にあるとき、前記開口部(5)を閉じることができ、他方の羽根である第2の羽根(4)は、前記フラップ(1)が開位置にあるとき、前記主流路(31)を少なくとも部分的に閉じることができるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の弁。
- 前記シール(2)は、前記フラップ(1)が閉位置にあるとき、前記他方の羽根(4)に面する位置にある無開口域(36)を有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の弁。
- 前記流体間隙(38)は、前記シールの無開口域(36)と、前記ボディ(30)との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の弁。
- 前記シール(2)と前記皿状部(61)の底面(65)は、互いに平行をなしていることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記ボディ(30)は、互いに固定されている2つの部材(30a、30b)を備え、各部材は、前記流路(31、32)の1つを画定し、流体が一方の流路から他方の流路に通過するための通過孔(33)を画定するために、互いに位置が合うようになっている開口を有しており、前記シール(2)の前記開口部(5)は、前記開口の領域に位置していることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記皿状部(61)は、前記補助流路(32)を画定している前記部材(30b)によって画定されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の弁。
- 前記補助流路(32)を画定している前記部材(30b)は、前記モータ用のハウジング(37)も画定していることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の弁。
- 前記フラップ(1)が閉位置にあるとき、前記羽根(3)と前記他方の羽根(4)は、前記シール(2)のそれぞれの側に配置され、前記フラップは、中間部(6)を備え、前記中間部(6)は、前記第1の羽根(3)と第2の羽根(4)とを連結しているとともに、前記シール(2)の開口部(5)を通過するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項3〜9のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
