Description
本目的は圧力パルス発生器によって実現される。電子素子を起動するとき、圧力パルス発生器は、第1の弁体が、圧力流体を排出するために第1のチャンネルを閉鎖し続け、圧力流体を充填するために第2のチャンネルを開口させ続ける位置まで、第1の弁体を変位させ、それと同時に第2の弁体は圧力流体を充填するために第2のチャンネルを開口し続ける。
Claims (4)
- 圧力パルス発生器であって、
シリンダ(2)と、
前記シリンダ(2)から圧力シンクLPまで延在する第1のチャンネル(15)と、
圧力源HPから前記シリンダ(2)まで延在する第2のチャンネル(4)と、
前記第2のチャンネル(4)に配置され、前記第2のチャンネル(4)の圧力流体流を開口または閉鎖するための制御可能な第1の弁体(5)と、
前記弁体(5)を制御するための電子素子(7)と、
前記シリンダ(2)に変位可能に配置されているアクチュエータピストン(3)と、
前記シリンダ(2)内に適用され、ばね作用を用いて前記アクチュエータピストン(3)を定位置に維持し、前記アクチュエータピストンが前記定位置を離れた後に、前記アクチュエータピストンを前記定位置に戻すためのばね(12)と、
前記アクチュエータピストンに接続され、前記第2のチャンネル(4)に配置され、前記第2のチャンネル(4)を開口または閉鎖するための第2の弁体(8)と、
チェック弁(18)を備える油圧回路(10)と、
作動液を排出するための第3のチャンネル(16)と、
を備える圧力パルス発生器であって、
前記電子素子(7)を起動するとき、前記第1の弁体(5)は、前記第1のチャンネル(15)を開口し続け、前記第2のチャンネル(4)を閉鎖し続ける開始位置から、前記第2の弁体(8)が前記第2のチャンネル(4)を開口し続けるのと同時に、前記第1の弁体(5)が前記第1のチャンネル(15)を閉鎖し続け、前記第2のチャンネル(4)を開口し続け、前記第3のチャンネル(16)を閉鎖し続ける位置まで変位し、前記圧力源HPからの圧力流体の圧力パルスが発生し、付随する第2の弁体(8)を備える前記アクチュエータピストン(3)を前記定位置から遠隔位置に向かって変位させ、前記第2の弁体(8)の前記変位中に前記第2のチャンネル(4)は閉鎖し、したがって前記圧力パルスを終了させ、前記第1の弁体(5)は、前記電子素子(7)が停止状態にされ、前記第1の弁体(5)が開始位置に戻るまで、前記第1のチャンネル(15)を閉鎖し続けると共に、
前記変位中に、作動液が前記チェック弁(18)を通って、前記第2の弁体(8)の前記変位によって生成されるチャンバ(17)に流入し、前記遠隔位置が達成されるとき前記チャンバ(17)は作動液の流出を遮断する一方、前記電子素子(7)が停止状態にされると、前記第1の弁体(5)は開始位置まで戻り、前記第3のチャンネル(16)は作動液が前記チャンバ(17)から流出するように開口し、前記アクチュエータピストン(3)は定位置まで戻ることができることを特徴とする
圧力パルス発生器。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力パルス発生器であって、
前記アクチュエータピストン(3)の前記定位置において、前記第1の弁体(5)は、圧力流体が前記シリンダ(2)から流出しないように前記第1のチャンネル(15)を閉鎖するように配置され、その後、または同時に、圧力流体が前記シリンダ(2)に流入するように前記第2のチャンネル(4)を開口するように配置されることを特徴とする、
圧力パルス発生器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の圧力パルス発生器であって、
前記第2のチャンネル(4)は2つの部分チャンネル(4’、4”)からなり、
第2の部分チャンネル(4”)は前記圧力源HPから第2の弁体(8)の変位位置までを成し、
前記第1の部分チャンネル(4’)は、前記第2の部分チャンネル(4”)との交点から前記シリンダ(2)に入る端部までを成し、
前記第2の弁体(8)は変位可能に配置され、前記第2の弁体(8)は前記定位置で、前記第1の部分チャンネル(4’)を形成する部位に配置される小径部分(8”)を含み、前記小径部分は伸長部を有し、前記伸長部は、前記シリンダ(2)に入る前記第1の部分チャンネル(4’)の前記端部と、前記第1の部分チャンネル(4’)と前記第2の部分チャンネル(4”)との前記交点との間の距離と等しいか、またはそれより長いことを特徴とする、圧力パルス発生器。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧力パルス発生器であって、
エンジン弁(11)を有する弁アクチュエータに含まれ、前記アクチュエータピストン(3)は前記エンジン弁上に存在するか、または前記エンジン弁に接続することを特徴とする、
圧力パルス発生器。
