Claims (24)
- 基材と、

前記自己潤滑表面コーティング組成物は、少なくとも1つの硬化した熱硬化性アクリレート層と、少なくとも1つのフェノール樹脂層とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの硬化した熱硬化性アクリレート層は、前記少なくとも1つのフェノール樹脂層と異なる、
軸受。 - 前記少なくとも1つのフェノール樹脂層が、フェノール樹脂とポリビニルホルマール樹脂との混合物である、
請求項1に記載の軸受。 - 前記少なくとも1つのフェノール樹脂層が、フェノール樹脂とポリビニルホルマール樹脂との熱硬化性混合物である、
請求項1に記載の軸受。 - 前記少なくとも1つのフェノール樹脂層が、フェノール樹脂とポリビニルホルマール樹脂との硬化した熱硬化性混合物である、
請求項1に記載の軸受。 - 前記自己潤滑表面コーティング組成物が、潤滑剤をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の軸受。 - 前記自己潤滑表面コーティング組成物が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン繊維、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン粉末、グラファイト、タルク、二硫化モリブデン、二硫化タングステン、窒化ホウ素、銅、パーフルオロポリエーテル、シリコーン溶液、油類、ワックス類、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される潤滑剤をさらに含む、
請求項1に記載の軸受。 - 前記自己潤滑表面コーティング組成物が、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、羊毛繊維、ポリエステル繊維、ポリマー繊維、鉱物充填材、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される補強充填材をさらに含む、

請求項1に記載の軸受。 - 基材と自己潤滑表面コーティング組成物とを備えた軸受を製造する方法であって、前記自己潤滑表面コーティング組成物は、少なくとも1つの硬化した熱硬化性アクリレートと、少なくとも1つのフェノール樹脂とを含み、該方法は、
前記フェノール樹脂を前記基材上に配置することと、
前記フェノール樹脂がコーティングされた基材上に前記熱硬化性アクリレートを配置することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記フェノール樹脂が、フェノール樹脂とポリビニルホルマール樹脂との混合物である、
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記フェノール樹脂を乾燥させることと、
前記乾燥後のフェノール樹脂がコーティングされた基材上に前記熱硬化性アクリレートを配置することと、
をさらに含む、
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記フェノール樹脂を乾燥させることと、
前記乾燥後のフェノール樹脂がコーティングされた基材上に前記熱硬化性アクリレートを配置することと、
前記フェノール樹脂および前記熱硬化性アクリレートを硬化することと、
をさらに含む、
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記自己潤滑表面コーティング組成物が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン繊維、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン凝集物、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン粉末、グラファイト、二硫化モリブデン、二硫化タングステン、窒化ホウ素、銅、タルク、パーフルオロポリエーテル、シリコーン溶液、油類、ワックス類、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される潤滑剤をさらに含む、
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記自己潤滑表面コーティング組成物が、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、羊毛繊維、ポリエステル繊維、ポリマー繊維、鉱物充填材、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される補強充填材をさらに含む、
請求項10に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの硬化した熱硬化性アクリレート層および少なくとも1つのフェノール樹脂層と、
ポリテトラフルオロエチレン繊維、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン凝集物、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン粉末、グラファイト、タルク、二硫化モリブデン、二硫化タングステン、窒化ホウ素、銅、パーフルオロポリエーテル、シリコーン溶液、油類、ワックス類、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される潤滑剤と、
ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、羊毛繊維、ポリエステル繊維、ポリマー繊維、鉱物充填材、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される補強充填材と、
ヒュームドシリカ、変性尿素、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるチキソトロープ剤と
過酸化ベンゾイル、クメンヒドロペルオキシド、メチルエチルケトンペルオキシド、光開始剤およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される開始剤と、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの硬化した熱硬化性アクリレート層は、前記少なくとも1つのフェノール樹脂層と異なる、
自己潤滑表面コーティング組成物。 - 前記少なくとも1つのフェノール樹脂層が、フェノール樹脂とポリビニルホルマール樹脂との混合物である、
