Description

前記α型半水和物スラリーを、前記容器から追加の水と混合するためのミキサに送り、硬化性スラリーを生成させ、ここで前記硬化性スラリーは、硬化して前記石膏系製品を形成するよう調整され、前記α型半水和物スラリーは、乾燥段階を経ることなく、容器からミキサに送られるステップを含む。
Claims (15)
- 石膏系製品を形成する方法であって、
水と石膏との混合物を、石膏をα型半水和物へ変換させる高温及び高圧条件下で、容器内で焼成して、α型半水和物スラリーを生成させるステップ;及び
前記α型半水和物スラリーを、追加の水と混合するために前記容器からミキサに送り、前記α型半水和物スラリーの粒子の水和を促進させるように前記α型半水和物スラリーの温度を下げて硬化性スラリーを生成させ、ここで前記硬化性スラリーは、前記石膏系製品を形成するよう硬化されるステップ
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記α型半水和物スラリーの水分量を低減して、前記α型半水和物スラリーから分離した水流を提供するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記焼成ステップは、石膏の焼成中に生成された水の蒸発を防ぐために、前記容器が自由空間を実質的に有さないよう、前記容器を水と石膏とで充填することを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記高温は、110〜170℃の範囲内の温度を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記高圧は、2〜8Barの範囲内の温度を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記水と石膏との混合物を焼成するステップの後に、前記α型半水和物スラリーを冷却するステップを更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記α型半水和物スラリーは、100℃未満の温度に冷却される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記α型半水和物スラリーを冷却するステップの後に、前記スラリーを脱圧するステップを更に含む、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記分離した水流を循環させて、前記容器に入る前の更なる石膏を予備加熱することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記α型半水和物スラリーの水分量を低減するステップの後、前記α型半水和物スラリーの水分量は、1〜10重量%の範囲内である、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記α型半水和物スラリー中の粒子のサイズを低減するために、前記α型半水和物スラリーを粉砕するステップを更に含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記α型半水和物スラリーを前記容器からミキサに送るステップは、前記α型半水和物スラリーを70℃超の温度に維持するステップを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記α型半水和物スラリーが前記容器から前記ミキサに送られるのにかかる時間は、120分未満である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ミキサ内の前記半水和物スラリーに、促進剤及び/又は発泡剤等の、1つ又は複数の添加剤を添加することを含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記石膏系製品は石膏ボードを含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
