Claims (9)
- 記録を保存するための方法であって、
(a)媒体の1つ以上の表面にインクを接触させ、記号、トレース図、設計図、図表、図形、グリフ、点、式、画像、ピクセル、コード、図、模様、文字、数字、またはこれらの組み合わせで構成される記録を作成し、ここで、このインクが、貴金属、遷移金属、半金属、金属アロイおよびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される金属コアを含む1つ以上の金属ナノ粒子と、媒剤とを含むことと;
(b)前記媒体の1つ以上の接触表面でこの金属ナノ粒子を焼結させることとを含み、
前記記録は、過去の事象の永久的な証拠または過去の事象に関する情報を与えるものであり、
前記インクにおける金属ナノ粒子の含有量は少なくとも50重量%であり、
前記媒剤は、第1の溶媒および第2の溶媒を含み、
前記第1の溶媒および前記第2の溶媒は、それぞれ独立して、多環の脂環式炭化水素であり、
得られた焼結した金属が、物理的および化学的な損傷から前記記録の完全性を守る、方法。 - 前記第1の溶媒がデカヒドロナフタレンであり、前記第2の溶媒がビシクロヘキシルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記記録が印刷された書類である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記貴金属が、Ag、Au、Pd、Pt、Rh、Ir、Ru、Os、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記遷移金属が、Ti、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Nb、Mo、Ta、W、Re、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子が、その表面に安定化剤をさらに含み、前記安定化剤が式X−Yを有し、ここで、Xは、炭素原子を4個〜24個含む炭化水素基であり、Yは、ヒドロキシル、アミン、カルボン酸、チオール、チオール誘導体、キサントゲン酸、ピリジン、ピロリドン、カルバメート、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、前記金属ナノ粒子の表面に接続した官能基である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記インクが更に接着剤を含み、
前記接着剤が、テルペン樹脂、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−エチレン/ブチレン−スチレンコポリマー、スチレン−エチレン/プロピレンコポリマー、ポリオレフィン、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリブテン、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記媒体が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボネート、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- (c)前記媒体の1つ以上の接触表面で、焼結した金属を覆うようにコーティングを塗布すること、を更に含み、
前記コーティングが、ポリメタクリル酸メチル、ポリメタクリル酸エチル、ポリフェニレンオキシド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、エポキシ樹脂、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリイミド、ポリジシクロペンタジエン、シリコーン、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリウレタン、ポリイソブチレン、ポリクロロプレン、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン;天然ポリマー、セルロース、ラテックス、デンプン、ポリエステル、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、カチオン系高分子電解質、ポリ−L−リジン、ポリアリルアミン、アニオン系高分子電解質、ポリ−L−グルタミン酸、ポリスチレンスルホネート、ポリケトン、ポリ(アリールエーテルケトン)、ポリアミド、ポリアラミド、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリシアノアクリレート、ポリエーテルスルホン(PES)、ポリスチレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリ酢酸ビニル、架橋ポリマー、分岐ポリマー、星形のポリマー、コポリマー、デンドリマー、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
