Description
Claims (11)
- 生体液の乾燥サンプルの固相抽出用デバイスであって、
生体液の複数の乾燥サンプルを有する乾燥サンプルカードを受ける第1の側を有する支持構造物であって、支持構造物は第1の側の反対の第2の側を有し、第1の側と第2の側との間の複数の孔を有し、支持構造物は、受けられた乾燥サンプルカードを各乾燥サンプルが孔のうちの1つに隣接する位置に位置合わせし固定するように構成されている、支持構造物と、
各々が支持構造物の第2の側の孔のうちの1つにおいて入口端部を有し、出口端部を有する複数のウェルと、
ウェルのうち少なくとも1つの中に配置されたサンプル調製材料と
を備える、デバイス。 - サンプル調製材料がクロマトグラフィー吸着剤である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 間にサンプル調製材料が配置された1対の多孔フィルタを、サンプル調製材料を有する各ウェルにさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 支持構造物のサンプル側から延び、乾燥サンプルカードの位置合わせ穴と係合するように構成されている少なくとも1つの位置合わせピンをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 支持構造物の第1の側に取り付けられるカードホルダであって、乾燥サンプルカードを受ける第1の側と、支持構造物の第1の側に隣接する第2の側を有するカードホルダをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- カードホルダを支持構造物の第1の側に取り付けるように構成されている少なくとも1つの留め具をさらに備える、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 支持構造物の第1の側から延びてカードホルダの開口部と係合する少なくとも1つの位置合わせピンをさらに備える、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 生体液の乾燥サンプルの固相抽出の方法であって、
生体液の複数の乾燥サンプルを有する乾燥サンプルカードを固相抽出デバイスに固定することと、
固相抽出デバイスは
生体液の複数の乾燥サンプルを有する乾燥サンプルカードを受ける第1の側を有する支持構造物であって、支持構造物は第1の側の反対の第2の側を有し、第1の側と第2の側との間の複数の孔を有し、支持構造物は、受けられた乾燥サンプルカードを、各乾燥サンプルが孔のうちの1つに隣接する位置に位置合わせし固定するように構成されている、支持構造物、
各々が支持構造物の第2の側の孔のうちの1つにおいて入口端部を有し、出口端部を有する複数のウェル、および
各ウェルに配置されたサンプル調製材料を含み、
各乾燥サンプルおよび個々のウェルについて、抽出溶媒を乾燥サンプルを通してウェル内に流し込むことで抽出サンプルを生成することと、
各抽出サンプルについて、抽出サンプルをウェル内のサンプル調製材料に通して抽出サンプルから少なくとも1つの成分を除去することと
を含む、方法。 - 抽出溶媒を流すことが、固相抽出デバイス全体に差圧をかけることを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 生体液の乾燥サンプルの固相抽出の方法であって、
生体液の複数の乾燥サンプルを有する乾燥サンプルカードを固相抽出デバイスに固定することと、固相抽出デバイスは
生体液の複数の乾燥サンプルを有する乾燥サンプルカードを受ける第1の側を有する支持構造物であって、支持構造物は第1の側の反対の第2の側を有し、第1の側と第2の側との間の複数の孔を有し、支持構造物は、受けられた乾燥サンプルカードを、各乾燥サンプルが孔のうちの1つに隣接する位置に位置合わせし固定するように構成されている、支持構造物、
各々が支持構造物の第2の側の孔のうちの1つにおいて入口端部を有し、出口端部を有する複数のウェル、および
各ウェルに配置されたサンプル調製材料を含み、
乾燥サンプルカードの部分を乾燥サンプルカードの残りの部分から分離して、各乾燥サンプルがウェルのうちの1つの中に配置されるようにすることと、
抽出溶媒を各ウェルに供給することで抽出サンプルを生成することと、
各抽出サンプルについて、抽出サンプルをウェル内のサンプル調製材料に通して抽出サンプルから少なくとも1つの成分を除去することと
を含む、方法。 - 抽出溶媒が、分離された部分が形成された場所で乾燥サンプルカードの開口部を通じて供給される、請求項10に記載の方法。
