Description
Claims (3)
- 磁石を有する軸部材、並びに前記軸部材の中心線方向に配列されるA相コイル及びB相コイルを有する電機子部を備え、前記軸部材が前記電機子部に対して前記軸部材の中心線方向に相対的に振動する振動アクチュエータと、
前記電機子部の前記A相コイルにA相交流を供給し、前記電機子部の前記B相コイルに前記A相交流と位相が90°ずれたB相交流を供給すると共に、前記A相交流の電流値及び前記B相交流の電流値を所定の電流値に定電流化する駆動回路と、
を備え、
前記駆動回路は、二相ステッピングモータのバイポーラ駆動方式で前記A相コイル及び前記B相コイルを駆動し、
前記電機子部は、前記中心線方向に配列される少なくとも三つのコイルを有し、
前記少なくとも三つのコイルのうち、前記中心線方向の両端のコイルが前記A相交流が供給される前記A相コイルであり、
前記中心線方向の両端の前記A相コイルの間の少なくとも一つのコイルが前記A相交流とは位相が90°ずれた前記B相交流が供給される前記B相コイルである振動アクチュエータ装置。 - 前記中心線方向の両端の前記A相コイルは、直列に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動アクチュエータ装置。
- 前記A相コイルの前記中心線方向のピッチと、前記A相コイル内に配置される前記軸部材の前記磁石によって形成される磁極間のピッチと、がずれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の振動アクチュエータ装置。
