Description
a) 熱結合合成繊維を含むパッド層を準備するパッド層準備ステップであって、前記パッド層は、第1外側表面及び第2外側表面及び初期厚さを有し、前記パネルの少なくとも一部で前記パネルは、第1外側表面と第2外側表面との間に異なる材料の層を何ら含まずに前記パッド層で形成する、該パッド層準備ステップと、
b) 前記パネルの少なくとも一部で前記初期厚さから第1厚さに変化させるよう前記パッド層を処理する処理ステップであって、前記パネルの少なくとも一部における前記パッド層は、前記第1及び第2の外側表面に交差する方向に可変の密度を有し、前記密度は、前記第1及び第2の外側表面の近傍でより高く、最内側層近傍でより低くなるよう処理する、該処理ステップと
を有する。
c) 前記パッド層の前記第1外側表面に対面して第1織物層を、及び前記パッド層の前記第2外側表面に対面して第1織物層を載置するステップと、
d) 前記パッド層を予加熱するステップと、
e) 前記パネルの周縁における少なくとも一部で、前記第1及び第2の織物層に関連して前記パッド層に圧力を加えて前記パッド層を成形する成形ステップであって、前記パッド層の厚さが、前記パネルの前記少なくとも一部で前記初期厚さから第1厚さに変化するよう成形する、該成形ステップと
を含む
f) 前記パッド層(20)と前記各織物層(11,12)との間に粘着層(13)を堆積するステップ、
g) 端縁の端部を仕上げるよう前記端縁を整形するステップ、及び
h) 厚さを減少させた少なくとも1個の凹所(110,120)が存在する場所に少なくとも1個の孔をドリル穿孔するステップ
のうち1つ又はそれ以上を有する。
Claims (15)
- 熱結合合成繊維(10)を含むパッド層(20)を備える吸音パネル(1)であって、前記パッド層(20)は、第1外側表面(20A)、第2外側表面(20B)及び第1厚さ(SP1)を有し、前記パネル(1)は、前記第1外側表面(20A)と前記第2外側表面(20B)との間に異なる材料の層を何ら含まずに前記パッド層(20)で形成し、パネルの少なくとも一部(P)における前記パッド層は、前記第1及び第2の外側表面(20A,20B)に交差する方向に可変の密度を有し、前記密度は、前記第1及び第2の外側表面(20A,20B)の近傍でより高く、最内側層近傍でより低くなるよう構成されており、
前記パッド層(20)は、前記第1厚さ(SP1)より小さい第2厚さ(SP2)を有する端縁(14)を有し、該端縁(14)は前記パネル(1)の周縁全体に沿って延在しており、
前記第1外側表面(20A)及び前記第2外側表面(20B)は、前記パネルの少なくとも一部(P)から前記端縁(14)まで、前記第1及び第2の外側表面(20A,20B)に交差する方向において対称形状となっており、
前記パネル(1)は、前記第1厚さ(SP1)と前記第2厚さ(SP2)の間の遷移厚さ(SP3)を有し、
該遷移厚さ(SP3)は、前記第2厚さ(SP2)から前記第1厚さ(SP1)まで、前記端縁(14)からの距離の増加に伴って徐々に大きくなるように構成されており、前記パネル(1)は、前記第2厚さ(SP2)から前記第1厚さ(SP1)に向けて外側に凸となる形状となっている、吸音パネル。 - 請求項1記載の吸音パネル(1)において、前記第1外側表面(20A)の近傍における密度は、前記第2外側表面(20B)の近傍における密度とほぼ等しいものとする、吸音パネル。
- 請求項1又は2記載の吸音パネル(1)において、前記パネル(1)の前記少なくとも一部(P)では、前記第1厚さ(SP1)の約10%の厚さを有する外側層の重量は、前記パネルの前記少なくとも一部(P)の重量の約20%〜30%とする、吸音パネル。
- 請求項1又は2記載の吸音パネル(1)において、前記パネル(1)の前記少なくとも一部(P)では、前記第1厚さ(SP1)の約20%の厚さを有する外側層の重量は、前記パネルの重量の約25%〜45%とする、吸音パネル。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の吸音パネル(1)において、さらに、前記パッド層(20)の前記第1外側表面(20A)に対面する第1織物層(11)及び、前記パッド層(20)の前記第2外側表面(20B)に対面する第2織物層(12)を備える、吸音パネル。
- 請求項1記載の吸音パネル(1)において、前記第2厚さ(SP2)は、前記パネル(1)の中央位置(P)で測った前記第1厚さ(SP1)の約5%〜約20%の範囲内である、吸音パネル。
- 請求項6記載の吸音パネル(1)において、前記端縁(14)は、前記第1外側層及び第2外側層の近傍における密度とほぼ等しいか又はそれより高い密度を有する、吸音パネル。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の吸音パネル(1)において、前記熱結合合成繊維(10)は、ポリエステル繊維を有する、吸音パネル。
- 請求項5記載の吸音パネル(1)において、さらに、前記パッド層(20)の前記第1及び第2の外側表面(20A,20B)と、それぞれの前記織物層(11,12)との間に配置した粘着層(13)を備える、吸音パネル。
- 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に記載の吸音パネル(1)において、前記第2厚さ(SP2)を有する1個又は複数個の凹所(110,120)を設ける、吸音パネル。
- 請求項1に記載の吸音パネル(1)において、
前記遷移厚さ(SP3)は、前記第2厚さ(SP2)から前記第1厚さ(SP1)まで、前記端縁(14)からの距離の増加に伴ってほぼ対数関数的に増加する、吸音パネル。 - 請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一項に記載の吸音パネル(1)において、支持フレーム(16,16a,16b)の孔(17)に貫入するよう構成したフィン(15)を備える、吸音パネル。
- 吸音パネル(1)を製造する方法において、
a) 熱結合合成繊維(10)を含むパッド層(20)を準備するパッド層準備ステップであって、前記パッド層(20)は、第1外側表面(20A)及び第2外側表面(20B)並びに初期厚さ(SP0)を有し、前記パネル(1)の少なくとも一部(P)で前記パネル(1)は、前記第1外側表面(20A)と前記第2外側表面(20B)との間に異なる材料の層を何ら含まずに前記パッド層(20)で形成する、該パッド層準備ステップと、b) 前記パネル(1)の少なくとも一部(P)で前記初期厚さ(SP0)から第1厚さ(SP1)に変化させるよう前記パッド層(20)を処理する処理ステップであって、前記パネルの少なくとも一部(P)における前記パッド層は、前記第1及び第2の外側表面(20A,20B)に交差する方向に可変の密度を有し、前記密度は、前記第1及び第2の外側表面(20A,20B)の近傍でより高く、最内側層近傍でより低くなるよう処理する、該処理ステップと、を有し、
前記パッド層(20)は、前記第1厚さ(SP1)より小さい第2厚さ(SP2)を有する端縁(14)を有し、該端縁(14)は前記パネル(1)の周縁全体に沿って延在しており、
前記第1外側表面(20A)及び前記第2外側表面(20B)は、前記パネルの少なくとも一部(P)から前記端縁(14)まで、前記第1及び第2の外側表面(20A,20B)に交差する方向において対称形状となっており、
前記パネル(1)は、前記第1厚さ(SP1)と前記第2厚さ(SP2)の間の遷移厚さ(SP3)を有し、
該遷移厚さ(SP3)は、前記第2厚さ(SP2)から前記第1厚さ(SP1)まで、前記端縁(14)からの距離の増加に伴って徐々に大きくなるように構成されており、前記パネル(1)は、前記第2厚さ(SP2)から前記第1厚さ(SP1)に向けて外側に凸となる形状となっている、方法。 - 請求項13記載の方法において、前記処理ステップは、
c) 前記パッド層(20)の前記第1外側表面(20A)に対面して第1織物層(11)を載置し、また前記パッド層(20)の前記第2外側表面(20B)に対面して第2織物層(12)を載置する載置ステップと、
d) 前記パッド層(20)を予加熱する予加熱ステップと、
e) 前記パネル(1)の周縁における少なくとも一部で、前記第1及び第2の織物層(11,12)に関連して前記パッド層(20)に圧力(P1)を加えて前記パッド層(20)を成形する成形ステップであって、前記パッド層(20)の厚さが、前記パネルの前記少なくとも一部(P)で前記初期厚さ(SP0)から第1厚さ(SP1)に変化するよう成形する、該成形ステップと、を含む、方法。 - 請求項13又は14記載の方法において、さらに、以下のステップ、すなわち
f) 前記パッド層(20)とそれぞれの前記織物層(11,12)との間に粘着層(13)を堆積する堆積ステップ、
g) 端縁(14,15)の終端を仕上げるよう前記端縁を整形する整形ステップ、及び
h) 厚さを減少させた少なくとも1個の凹所(110,120)が存在する場所に少なくとも1個の孔をドリル穿孔する穿孔ステップ
のうち1つ又はそれ以上を有する、方法。
