Description
Claims (10)
- コネクタ構成部分(10)を、相補的なコネクタ構成部分にロックする一次ロックランス(14)を備えたコネクタ構成部分(10)を製造する方法であって、以下のステップ、即ち、
コネクタ構成部分基板としての薄板(20)を準備するステップと、
前記一次ロックランス(14)が、前記コネクタ構成部分(10)の主延在方向軸線に対して横方向に突出するように、前記薄板(20)を所定の形状に打ち抜き、曲げるステップとを有する、
一次ロックランスを備えたコネクタ構成部分を製造する方法において、
打ち抜き加工及び曲げ加工の前に、前記薄板(20)を、前記一次ロックランス(14)を形成する領域(22)の少なくとも一部分が、比較的厚い材料厚さを有しているように塑性変形することを特徴とする、一次ロックランスを備えたコネクタ構成部分を製造する方法。 - 前記薄板(20)を塑性変形するために、材料押しのけを行う変形工具(24)によって局所的に押圧する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記薄板(20)を、製造すべき一次ロックランス(14)の外側に位置する領域(23)において局所的に押圧する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記一次ロックランス(14)の横断面が、厚さの異なる複数の領域(22,26)を有するように、前記薄板(20)を塑性変形する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記一次ロックランス(14)の横断面は側方の縁部(25)で、中央(27)よりも厚い厚さ(d+Δd)を有している、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記一次ロックランス(14)が長手方向延在に沿って、厚さの異なる複数の領域を有するように、前記薄板(20)を塑性変形する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- コネクタ構成部分(10)を、相補的なコネクタ構成部分にロックする一次ロックランス(14)を備えたコネクタ構成部分(10)であって、一定の厚さ(d)を有する薄板(20)から打ち抜き、かつ曲げ加工することにより形成されるコネクタ構成部分(10)において、
前記一次ロックランス(14)が、厚さの異なる複数の領域(26,27)を有していることを特徴とする、コネクタ構成部分。 - 前記一次ロックランス(14)の横断面は縁部(25)で、中央(27)よりも厚い厚さ(d+Δd)を有している、請求項7記載のコネクタ構成部分。
- 前記一次ロックランス(14)は長手方向延在に沿って、厚さの異なる複数の領域を有している、請求項7又は8記載のコネクタ構成部分。
- 前記一次ロックランス(14)は、その周囲の領域よりも厚い厚さ(d+Δd)を有している肉厚の領域(26)を有しており、該肉厚の領域(26)は塑性変形により形成されている、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載のコネクタ構成部分。
