Claims (4)
- 外輪及び内輪を備え、前記外輪と内輪との間に取り付けられるボールを収容するために多数のボールトラックが前記外輪の球状内面及び内輪の球状外面にそれぞれ形成され、前記外輪の球状内面に接触されて案内される球状外面と、前記内輪の球状外面に接触されて案内される球状内面とを有するケージを有する車両用の等速ジョイントにおいて、
前記外輪のボールトラックから前記ボールに働くボールトラック圧力角と、前記内輪のボールトラックから前記ボールに働くボールトラック圧力角とを相異させて設定すると共に、前記外輪のボールトラック圧力角は、前記内輪のボールトラック圧力角よりも小さく設定されることを特徴とする車両用の等速ジョイント。
- 前記外輪のボールトラック圧力角は、
35°〜40°の範囲内で設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用の等速ジョイント。
- 前記内輪のボールトラック圧力角は、
40°〜45°の範囲内で設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用の等速ジョイント。
- 前記外輪は、前記外輪のボールトラック圧力角が小さくなるほどその外径が縮まることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用の等速ジョイント。
