Claims (2)
- 内周面にボール溝が複数形成されたアウターレースと、該アウターレースの内周側に配置され、外周面にボール溝が複数形成されたインナーレースと、該アウターレースの該ボール溝および該インナーレースの該ボール溝の間に介挿されてそれぞれのボール溝に沿って転動し、該アウターレースと該インナーレースとの間でトルクを伝達する複数のボールと、該複数のボールを前記アウターレースのボール溝および前記インナーレースのボール溝に対して保持するケージとを含む車両の等速ジョイントであって、
前記アウターレースの軸線と前記インナーレースの軸線とが交差してなす角度であるジョイント角が所定値以下の領域での、前記ボールの中心と前記ボール溝の曲率中心との距離であるピッチ円半径の中心点とジョイント中心点との距離であるオフセット量が、該ジョイント角が所定値を超える領域でのオフセット量よりも大きくされている
ことを特徴とする車両の等速ジョイント。 - 前記オフセット量の変化前後の前記ボール溝のピッチ円の軌跡が、滑らかな曲線で繋がれるように、前記アウターレースのボール溝および前記インナーレースのボール溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の車両の等速ジョイント。
