Claims (1)
- 内周面に複数の外側トラック溝が設けられたカップ状の外側継手部材と、
外周面に複数の内側トラック溝が設けられて、前記外側継手部材の内側に配設される内側継手部材と、
前記外側トラック溝と前記内側トラック溝との間に介在させられてトルク伝達する複数のボールと、
円環形状を成して前記外側継手部材と前記内側継手部材との間に配設され、前記ボールを保持する複数のポケットが設けられたケージと、
を備え、且つ、前記外側継手部材および前記内側継手部材の各中心線が一直線上に位置するジョイント角が0degの基準状態で、前記外側トラック溝および前記内側トラック溝が前記ボールを挟む挟み角が前記外側継手部材のカップ開口側に向かって開く第1溝部と、前記挟み角が前記外側継手部材のカップ奥側に向かって開く第2溝部とを有し、該第1溝部および該第2溝部が前記中心線まわりに交互に設けられている等速自在継手において、
前記基準状態における前記第1溝部の挟み角の絶対値は、前記基準状態における前記第2溝部の挟み角の絶対値と相違しており、
前記ケージは、該ケージの中心線と平行な方向に所定の遊びを有する状態で前記外側継手部材または前記内側継手部材に組み付けられており、
前記基準状態における無負荷時の前記第1溝部および前記第2溝部の径方向クリアランスは互いに相違しているとともに、前記挟み角の絶対値が小さい方の溝部の径方向クリアランスが、前記挟み角の絶対値が大きい方の溝部の径方向クリアランスよりも大きい
ことを特徴とする等速自在継手。
