Description
Claims (23)
- a.密閉構造物を提供するハウジング、

c.前記ハウジングの外部の導管に接続されるように適合する前記ハウジング内の複数のヘッダであって、前記ヘッダが、前記コアの列の軸線と平行に且つ前記複数のマニホルドに対して垂直に延び、前記コアの上面、底面及び/又は背面に配置されて、すべての前記コアの1つの側面と前記ハウジングとの間の空間から前記ヘッダをなくす、ヘッダ、及び、
d.前記ヘッダの各々をそれぞれの前記マニホルドに接続する供給ラインであって、前記供給ラインの各々の少なくとも1部分が前記列内の隣接する前記コアの間に位置される、供給ライン、
を包含するコールドボックス。 - 前記ハウジング内に2組の複数の熱交換ユニットがあり、前記ヘッダは前記コアの2つの列の上方、下方及びそれらの間に位置されて、すべての前記コアの1つの側面と前記ハウジングとの間の空間に前記ヘッダが位置されていない、請求項1に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記複数のヘッダの各々はその開放端に相継手を有する、請求項1に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記コアは、ろう付けされたアルミニウム熱交換器を含む、請求項1に記載のコールドボックス。
- 単列をなす1組の前記コアがあり、前記列は5個までの前記コアを有する、請求項1に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記マニホルドは、熱交換ユニットが位置する列の軸線に対して垂直に延びる、請求項1に記載のコールドボックス。
- a.前部、後部、2つの側部、頂部及び底部を含む密閉構造物を提供するハウジング、
b.正面、背面、上面、底面及び2つの離間した側面を有し、前記ハウジング内に前後関係で列になって位置された複数のコア、
c.各前記コアの前記正面及び背面上の複数のマニホルド、
d.前記ハウジングの外部の導管に接続されるように適合する前記ハウジング内の複数のヘッダであって、前記ヘッダが、前記コアの列の軸線と平行に且つ前記複数のマニホルドに対して垂直に延び、前記コアの上面、底面及び背面に配置されて、すべての前記コアの1つの側面と前記ハウジングとの間の空間から前記ヘッダをなくす、ヘッダ、及び、
e.前記ヘッダの各々を前記コア上のそれぞれの前記マニホルドに接続する供給ラインであって、前記供給ラインの各々の少なくとも1部分が前記列内の隣接する前記コアの間に位置される、供給ライン、
を包含するコールドボックス。 - 前記マニホルドの各々は、熱交換ユニットが位置する列の軸線に対して垂直に延びる、請求項7に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記コアは熱交換器ユニットを含む、請求項7に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記熱交換器ユニットは、ろう付けされたアルミニウム熱交換器を含む、請求項9に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記コアの各々の1つの側面は前記ハウジングの前部に面し、他の側面は前記ハウジングの後部に面する、請求項7に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記列の軸線は、前記ハウジングの側部から側部へ延びる、請求項7に記載のコールドボックス。

e.前記ヘッダの各々を前記コア上のそれぞれの前記マニホルドに接続する供給ラインであって、前記供給ラインの各々の少なくとも1部分が前記列内の隣接する前記コアの間に位置される、供給ライン、
を包含するコールドボックス。 - 前記マニホルドの各々は、前記コアが位置する列の軸線に対して垂直に延びる、請求項15に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記コアは熱交換器ユニットを含む、請求項15に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記熱交換器ユニットは、ろう付けされたアルミニウム熱交換器を含む、請求項17に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記列に少なくとも3個のコアがある、請求項17に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記列に少なくとも5個のコアがある、請求項19に記載のコールドボックス。
- 前記コールドボックスは、浮き液化天然ガス生産設備に配置される、請求項15に記載のコールドボックス。
- コールドボックスを製造する方法において、
取り外し可能な側壁を有する密閉構造物を提供するハウジングを得ること、
ハウジング内に少なくとも1組の複数のコアを配置し、各前記コアが正面、背面、上面、底面及び側面を有し、各組の前記コアが軸線に沿って前後関係で列になって位置され、前記コアがそれらの正面及び背面上に複数のマニホルドを有すること、
ハウジング内に複数のヘッダを配置し、前記ヘッダが、前記ハウジングの外部の導管に接続されるように形成され、前記コアの列の軸線と平行に且つ前記複数のマニホルドに対して垂直に延び、前記コアの上面、底面及び/又は背面に配置されて、すべての前記コアの1つの側面と前記ハウジングとの間の空間から前記ヘッダをなくすこと、及び、
供給ラインを使用して前記ヘッダの各々を前記マニホルドのそれぞれに接続し、前記供給ラインの各々の少なくとも1部分が前記列内の隣接する前記コアの間に位置されること、
を包含する方法。 - 前記マニホルドの各々は、前記コアが位置する列の軸線に対して垂直に延びる、請求項22に記載の方法。
