Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの低沸点物、少なくとも1つの中沸点物および少なくとも1つの高沸点物を含む3つ以上の成分の混合物(F)を蒸留により分離する方法であって、3つ以上の成分の混合物(F)は、第1の蒸留塔(K1)に供給され、3つの蒸留塔(K1、K2、K3)は物質移動を可能にするよう互いに連結されて存在し、第1の蒸留塔(K1)からの蒸気は、第2の蒸留塔(K3)の精留部(34)と連通可能に接続され、第2の蒸留塔(K3)の精留部は、第3の蒸留塔(K2)の蒸気と連通可能に接続され、第1の蒸留塔(K1)からの底部抜出は、第2の蒸留塔(K3)のストリッピング部(44)と連通可能に接続され、第2の蒸留塔(K3)のストリッピング部(44)は、第3の蒸留塔(K2)の底部と連通可能に接続され、第2の蒸留塔(K3)は、ストリッピング部(44)と第2の蒸留塔(K3)の精留部(34)とを隔てる水平不浸透性隔壁を含み、第2の蒸留塔(K3)は、蒸発器(E)と凝縮器(C)を備え、少なくとも1つの高沸点物を含む底部留分(B)および少なくとも1つの低沸点物を含む頂部留分(D)は第2の蒸留塔(K3)から除去され、少なくとも1つの中沸点物(M)は第3の蒸留塔(K2)の側面抜出から除去される、方法。
- 蒸留塔(K1、K2、K3)は、−1から+10バールの排気圧力および−20から+200℃の沸点範囲で運転される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも第2の蒸留塔(K3)は、操作媒体として種々の圧力および温度の水蒸気および/または熱油を使用する1つ以上の蒸発器システム(E)を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも第2の蒸留塔(K3)は、操作媒体として種々の圧力および温度の冷却水または冷却食塩水を使用する1つ以上の凝縮システム(C)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1の凝縮工程での非凝縮性の頂部流成分がさらなる凝縮工程および/またはスクラバーシステムに供給される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 3つ以上の成分の混合物が中沸点物(M)としてクロロシランを含有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 3つ以上の成分の混合物(F)を蒸留により分離するための装置であって、物質移動を可能にするよう互いに連結された3つの蒸留塔(K1、K2、K3)を含み、第1の蒸留塔(K1)からの蒸気は、第2の蒸留塔(K3)の精留部(34)と連通可能に接続され、第2の蒸留塔(K3)の精留部は、第3の蒸留塔(K2)の蒸気と連通可能に接続され、第1の蒸留塔(K1)からの底部抜出は、第2の蒸留塔(K3)のストリッピング部(44)と連通可能に接続され、第2の蒸留塔(K3)のストリッピング部(44)は、第3の蒸留塔(K2)の底部と連通可能に接続され、第2の蒸留塔(K3)は、水平不浸透性隔壁を備え、蒸発器および凝縮器を備え、第3の蒸留塔(K2)は、頂部抜出の下および底部抜出の上に1つ以上の側面抜出を備える、装置。
- 第1のおよび第3の蒸留塔(K1、K2)は1から200の理論段を含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも第2の蒸留塔(K3)は、液体底流を蒸発させるために1つ以上の蒸発器システム(E)を含み、蒸発器システムの各々は塔本体にフランジ付けされている、請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも第2の蒸留塔は、蒸気流を凝縮するための1つ以上の凝縮システム(C)を含む、請求項7から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
